Had a lot of comments on my last unban video complaining and whining that I ban people "unfairly". This is my channel and I can do what I want with it. If you're banned you're banned. I do these unban streams for content sake and to give second chances to people who have been banned. My twitch chat is like a family to me and to others so if I find someone who I don't think would fit well with my chat, they're banned. Simple as that. If you don't like it you can go somewhere else I'm fine with that :)

An absolute masterpiece in cinematography a true piece of art the videography is stunning, the setting on mual is gorgeous (of course) and the material is very well presented as a relative new comer to this barefoot running “thing” I was hoping for some solid fundamental instruction, as well as inspiration to continue on my fitness path I was not disappointed having tired of the ever present aches, sprains and other maladies associated with “normal” distance running my enthusiasm for running has once recently returned thanks to the barefoot approach was quite impressed with the authors who are a husband and wife team they have exude a truly genuine quality and are clearly passionate about the work they are doing not to mention they appear to be in excellent condition guess they practice what they preach
