Good video. I’m glad you’re back. I can’t wait for another self massage instructional video. You know, a video where you massage yourself and narrate the instructions so I can follow along. I now work full time as an ICU tech so I could use some relaxing self massage tips. Any new techniques I could try? My job in the ICU is to sit at the nurses station and watch the critical care monitors to make sure nobody’s heart stops, nobody stops breathing, etc. I have to tell the nurses if that happens. Stressful job.
