I suggest you are not a carpenter or anything. if you working daily on these machines this will happen. it's not a question about if, it's a question about when.
I’m well aware. It was something called a joke
Bro someone needs to teach this guy how to use a table saw might have to use one without this technology one day
lol what was homie thinking reaching in there 😂

That's a quality Saw-stop, sir.
Fr my dad almost got his finger chopped off from a saw
My brother has been a contractor for 30 years, never had an injury until last year when he mangled 2 of his fingers on a table saw. When you lose your healthy fear of a table saw, it's going to bite you.
He can only progress from here onwards. Even if he just stopped, thats a huge learning curve I'm sure.
This will probably be the most real example of the safety feature you will ever get. No hotdogs, no prep, pretty cool to see
Always wondered whether it was bullshit but now i've been seeing these all over. Seems like it works pretty well.
There are plenty of people who have actually done this on video for actual testing purposes
It also stops on metal and wet wood so just be sure that your wood has neither
@@eviecummings7784 anything that can conduct an electrical current stops it cause that's what it uses to detect your finger is a conductive material.

🤣
The guy did it intentionally
The driver instructor who approve him to get a license needs a smack.

Effective machine, lucky man!
Here comes some Royalties Or at the very least a Brand New Table Saw, tons of clamps thrown in some of their favourite glue. Lol Man you’re so lucky Good thing it is a Saw Stop!!! Cheers!

I once did that with a revolver when I was 17 and barley getting into guns at a car wash I worked this one guy came in to use the restroom he asked me to vacuum but the inside was so clean I vacuum under the seats and I pull out a Fucking revolver I thought it was because of the punisher logo on it but looked in the barrel and immediately thought what am I doing that’s stupid I tucked the gun I put my hand back down there and pull out a brick of cocaine I also put in my pants he came out the restroom I pretend to get rags and put the brick and gun in the dryer (while off) he never came back and the next weeks were the best of times I was flipping it sniffin it

Holy shit! This is the first time I’ve seen saw stop in action. Very well done
There is shit tons of examples and I feel like this is my 8th and it's never this deliberate
@@KronicDaydreamZ I’ve always seen them do it with a hotdog, or a carrot. But I’ve never seen it with a human finger
@@v1z3bravery and courage!!!
This isn’t a well done there’s no reason to put your fingers towards a spinning saw like that. Unless he slipped or made a mistake of some kind, that would make for a good example. But this is just stupidity at its finest.
Same the device is very helpful and also pricefull cuz of the replacement of the saw blade and also the the replacement of the safety
This man is the reason this saw was made
This was either a brilliant sales pitch or the world's dumbest carpenter.
Wow. Just wow. I’ve really seen it all now.
Had a guy in my highschool cabinetry class do this exact same thing. Our instructor was pissed.
He's the type of guy to stick his hand directly on a saw blade.

Safety laws huh, must live in fairy land maybe even be a liberal. Every evil corrupt government took power in the name of safety, God I wish they educated people in school on other things than furries. Freedom is not about safety. it’s about trusting adults to learn on there own and not treating them like children.
Glad you have SawStop, otherwise things would be nasty.
Has a push stick and still manages to stick his finger in the blade. Genius.
