- A leisurely 3-mile hike to Etiwanda falls offers a delightful blend of nature and moderate exercise. The trail gently winds through the foothills, presenting stunning views of the surrounding landscape. With 744 feet of elevation gain, it provides just enough challenge to invigorate but not overwhelm. Upon reaching Etiwanda Falls, the sight of cascading water amidst the tranquil wilderness serves as a rewarding payoff to the journey.
Very sensible hike with great scenery! Nice!
Thanks for watching!
There is so much cool little spots scattered all over California. Waterfalls are my favorite natural formations.
@C-TOS Yeah I love a water feature payoff at the end of a hike.
So cool! Thank you!
Glad you liked it!
👍😎
The waterfall was worth the hike I bet. Beautiful scenery.
Wow, had no idea about even though I was raised in Claremont, I didn't know about all these great trails, only knew about the Mt. Baldy ones! Thanks for sharing this one!
You bet!
So beautiful! I’ve never heard of this area! I love hikes that end with a water feature- thanks!!
Thanks for watching!
Wow we need to do this, beautiful place!
You should!
Beautiful sceneries. Very relaxing hike. I really enjoyed. Thank you for sharing. Greetings from Japan.👍
@hikesaroundkyoto I hope to make it to your area of the world someday! Kyoto looks like a beautiful place.
absolutely gorgeous. That would be so awesome in the fall too with the colors.
Definitely!!
Awesome hike! Thanks for taking us along! I never knew just outside of LA would be such majestic mountains and waterfalls!
@tahirrazzaq9494 There is so much to see in SoCal. Check out California Through My Lens for more on local waterfalls.
@@popshiking I've been following Josh for years! :) His northern California waterfall listen is amazing! I need to get out there this year! It's kind of like here in Utah, I have found so many hidden waterfalls here in our mountains as welL!
Such a serene spot...
@wanderlust62 It really is a nice spot!
Love your hikes
@user-kq6cd8gl7y Thank you so I much! Thanks for watching!!
Seeing the snow caps after a good rain is one of my favorite things to see as well.
@prowrestlingisart6742 It has been particularly beautiful this past month.
Just what we need.....Pops wondering off the trail. Might have to send the kids and Amy to start a search party for Pops.
@IMJAFO2 Hahaha Yep always a possibility that I won't make it back from a short hike alive!!
Looks like a great hike. Nice payoff at the end. Thanks for sharing Pops .
Having 3 herniated vertebrae and a joint disease I can only do trails and hikes older people can do 😅 so I appreciate your videos alot. I'm going to save this hike if I'm ever in the area!
Should you try this one, let me know how it goes. It does have some elevation so be prepared for that.
I didn’t even know that was there and I live in Riverside. I’m going to have to take the fam to check it out. Thx Pops!
As you can see it’s a bit of a hike but beautiful.
A beautiful view and very manageable. Great hike .
It really is!
Thanks Pops!
You bet!
This hike looks great. The area is beautiful!
Nice hike! Seems like little to no people just the way i like it👍🏼
Look at that map, very cool!
Great looking hike! Thank you for sharing, Pops. 👏🎬
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful scenery. Love seeing so much water in Calif. 😀
Us too!
I was there last week and kept going for an extra 1.6 miles past the first waterfall and found a new rock pool caused by falling rocks! Great video, you look familiar. Are you Josh’s dad? From California thru my lens??
Wow I didn’t know about that upper spot! That’s cool. Yep I’m Josh’s dad.
What a cool little place :) The clouds that day were quite amazing. Quick question: I tried to hit the notification bell so I don't miss your videos but it's not allowing me to do so. Is there something on your end that allows us to do so?
@jymnmeier3527 Sorry for the delayed response. I’ve been trying to figure out what might be up and sorry to say I don’t know. I really appreciate you following me here! Thanks!
Hello Pops 😊 Question… I’m trying to change the notification settings for your channel. But for some reason it won’t let me get notifications. Is this the way you have set to be? I have to look for your videos 🧐
@violetbf3773 So sorry. I asked Josh to try to help me figure out what’s up. Will let you know when/if I find something
@@popshiking thank you, Pops 🙌🏽
Hmmmm…a waterfall. I wonder where Josh gets it from?
@prowrestlingisart6742 Hahaha we've probably influenced each other on that one.
Very cool little hike. Looks do-able for me at 76.
By the way, is your name Jeff. I feel silly calling you “pops” when I’m older than you :)
@VanGo_AZ Hahaha! That is funny to call me Pops I guess. Sure, you can also call me Jeff if you would like. Just traveled with my son Josh of Through My Lens around Arizona which was really beautiful. I've always enjoyed that state!
Nice video. Is that Mt. Baldy in snow in the back?
I think so
Is there any fishing on any of the wash, near the dam or waterfall terminus ?
@patshozo9158 You know that's a great question. I don't know.
Isn't that interesting, the displays along the way.
I use to fish Cucamonga Creek and there is a beautiful waterfall up there, but as usual you’re going to see trash and graffiti😖😖
Yeah it kinda breaks my heart to see beautiful places covered with graffiti.
