This is a great video for product designers who are less familiar with the mfg process. Since we are being specific about our terms, the statement "Some amount of tolerance is necessary if you want a mechanical device to be able to move, if it's too perfect it would be inert." describes clearance rather than tolerance. Tolerance and clearance probably get mixed up as much as precision and accuracy, so maybe that's another video.
