I sleep on my side every night and I don’t have any wrinkles. Plus it’s comfy. I don’t know people are so scared to age; it’s such a beautiful thing. Beauty isn’t just in looks and a lot of people need to learn that.
True people need to learn that 😂however aging is not graceful it is hard to see that beauty 😅

I sleep on my side with pillows and blankets wrapped around my head cause I'm crazy. No wrinkle. It's called genes. Although I do use Retinol
True. People don't seem to think about the fact that the only people who truly don't age are those who have died in an untimely way. Sometimes I get sad about my face shape changing from a loss of facial fat now that I'm entering my late 20s, but then i remember my best friend who passed when we were only 19. Pretty sure she'd rather have aged.

I’m an esthetician, don’t worry about it. You’re not going to get wrinkles from sleeping. Lol Gravity pulls down so sleeping on your back is pointless. Age healthily by getting proper exercise and eating a good diet, and make sure you’re wearing a good SPF if you’re out in the sun. You’ll age just as well as these nut jobs who refuse to emote, or sleep on their backs. Lol Guess what, aging and wrinkles are a natural process and are going to happen, embrace it and love it, it’s beautiful!

This actually could be used for fresh ear piercings, if it actually is comfortable and works. We are usually recommended to use those travel pillows so we don't lay on our piercings. If that is uncomfortable we just use the t-shirt method.

@@sevs9550I don't know about the tshirt method, but when I did mine I would make a gap between my 2 sets of pillows, and have my ear in the gap. Worked fine. Now it's mostly healed I use one of those knock-off squishmallow type cushions, much soft than a pillow.
You might already know this, but bit of advice if you don't. Wear gloves when you do the piercing, clean the piercing site properly beforehand, and use a hollow needle! Seen so many people use piercing cartridges, and you just end up with shattered cartilage.

@@sevs9550Please don't do it at home. It doesn't matter how careful you are, something can easily go wrong; from infections to crooked piercings to site damage and who knows what else. Do your research and go to a piercing studio or a tattoo shop with a piercer.
@@sevs9550goodness I am older had a friends mother pierce mine when I was a kid, we didn’t sleep on anything different or even think about it. I also as an adult pierced other & extra hole in mine, they have always healed up just fine. Wash them with alcohol & the earrings too.

Tbh I'm terrified of aging (for a variety of reasons) but these TikTokers are absolutely ridiculous. These pillows look uncomfortable, won't help, and are ridiculously expensive. This pillow looks like a medieval torture device.

You cannot get wrinkles by sleeping. Wrinkles appear cuz our facial expresions and loss of elasticity in the skin with age. The best "antiaging" tip is actually to have a good sleep, not torture urself with those silly things.

Or, if you want to be crazy about it, train your face not to make expressions... You might look insane and no one will want to be your friend cus nobody knows how you feel about things and humans often rely on facial expressions to get information across, but at least you'll look plastic when yer 60!
Sleeping can most definitely cause wrinkles especially if you sleep in the same position and dont move much. My mother and I sleep the same way on our side. We both have developed a chest wrinkle from the way we sleep. Sleeping on your back is probably best but not the most comfy

@lug358 yes its part of aging, but you can do things to speed up the aging process. There's nothing wrong with avoiding things that make you age quicker, like the sun, for instance. I dont think it's healthy to be obsessed with aging, but there's nothing wrong with being aware of what speeds up the process.
just use sunscreen and you're good. sleep comfortably. btw aging is beautiful, some people never get to experience it so lets be grateful and age gracefully
I’ve been a side sleeper my entire life and it has not caused any wrinkles. It did cause TMJ though which sucks but hey at least no wrinkles. 🤷🏼♀️.

I sleep on my stomach too. Btw D, putting one leg way up high like you showed feels GREAT at the time but over time and definitely as you get older it causes low back pain and problems.

I can see this being good for helping while healing new ear piercings. But I’m dubious how much difference sleeping on your face actually makes to wrinkles. I got a wedge pillow so that I could elevate my feet while I sleep, and now, even though I was a side sleeper, it keeps me sleeping on my back and it’s hella comfortable. It hasn’t stopped me getting wrinkles though, because it doesn’t magically stop the passage of time.

My whole life I've always wanted to become old, basically becoming a grandma, and I still look forward to it. People are SO ridiculous nowdays, afraid of getting rinkles, which is a natural and beautiful thing. People truly are vain. God's looking down in such disappointment. Wait till these people get judged by God when they pass, it'll be a true awakening for them. 😞
