"I've never seen someone cry in a Ferrari"
you've never watched F1 then 😅
@@lachlancampbell3538
We have enjoyed so much thanks to F1 that a break still leaves us the best in the world
You've never been to the Ferrari service center then
Charles doesnt like your comment.😅😅
@@sklew You haven't either, because if you have, you'd know Ferrari maintenance is free of charge.
If you watch the normal on board you'll realize how much Nielsen was saving fuel in this lap. Incredible skill
Absolutely incredible skill. Doing this for over a half hour in the pouring rain with a fast car gaining on him, and he was still posting very competitive lap times while saving an immense amount of fuel/energy.
Yep, finished with 2% left which shows how much cutting it fine it was. Another lap and the Toyota probably wins. Very tense final hour or so
@@TheAlphaDingoit’s not probably it’s definitely
@@TheAlphaDingo they saved so much that they had a lower class Ferrari make a yellow flag to reach the end.....
@@SwedenBronco ok corn ball
best fuel managemant. 2% left after finished thats really amazing!
Nielsen's last two stints in the wet were magical: pushing hard in mixed conditions, managing traffic, that close shave with the wall in the Porsche curves, all of that while saving enough fuel to end the race with 2% energy remaining.
A new star is born
he drove as if his whole life's purpose were those last two stints. truely phenomenal.
he was so impressive, absolutely amazing
Nielsens performance needs to be talked about more
massive respect. wow. The whole team, incredible.
Even better than Tom Kristensen.
This is the first time I got emotional watching Le Mans. This last lap alone should be a movie, feels unreal
Love the passion that Ferrari brings to every level of racing. When a Ferrari wins there's a little extra that's worth cheering.
Amazing moment for a Ferrari fan after Montreal GP lol
Me, a ferrari fan: YEAAAAA
I'm a Ferrari fan. And I’ll be honest, such contrasts evoke unrealistic emotions... Forza Ferrari!
No need to remind us of terrible things, thank you
@@waylanderjzx i feel you bro
Monaco GP = Le Mans 24h.
One of the best final stints I have ever seen. Unbelievable job, Nicklas. The amount of fuel saving and battery harvesting for the last 45 minutes was truly unbelievable. Driving on a wet track, saving fuel, trying to win Le Mans and still posting very competitive lap times under excruciating pressure. Unreal. Listen to the amount of lift and coasting on this lap and precise gear changes in and out of the corners for optimal management.
I've passed the last half an hour of the race on that camera car, fearing for a spin at every corner.
The nightmare that always terrorizes a Ferrari fan. I feel you.
I was hoping 😂
The S🅱️inalla finally helped Ferrari
Second victory in the second year, I cried too, Ferrari is something special, impossible to explain. Grazie Ferrari, our heart is red.
I was watching both onboards at the same time. It was epic and very emotional. Not only Nielsen was crying, Pechito Lopez too, and that hit close home because he's an Argentinian like me. Seeing him fight until the end made us very proud. He gave it all like a warrior, both drivers did.
I am not the biggest Ferrari Fan but: dude this was amazing driving. First time i saw the 24 hour of le mans and its feel like heaven of engineering. Thank for the memory
I watched him and I'm truly happy for him. Nice job Ferrari. Thank you so much FIA WEC!
Just imagine the pressure that kid was under not to screw up.
With this Victory, there are only 9 points between the top 3 cars in the WEC standings...the battle in Brazil next month will likely be intense... hopefully we can see another car manufacturer win it, but it's unlikely, Ferrari, Toyota and Porsche are too strong now
But Caddy, Peugeot and Lambo showed good things in LeMans, if they get a few things right in their upgrades and the big ones drops the ball they'll have a chance..slim, but they are there
It seems like Ferrari is only interested in winning the 24 Hours of le Mans. It brings the most hype.
@@vvevvevvvv Le Mans has always been more important than the WEC title
@@asurada999 so why Ferrari bothers with all other WEC races?
@@vvevvevvvv Last year Ferrari didn't have the best car. They won at Le Mans also due to luck.
This year they didn't already won Imola and Spa due to bad luck, and risked to not win Le Mans just due to the weather.
GT7 or ACC should have a patch for WEC! Honest it got me hooked! Cannot wait for the next race!
Get Le Mans Ultimate😉
@@nahcurtis speaking for consoles brother 🤣
@@nahcurtis More than just LMU alone other franchise appearances come the better as Real Racing 3 proved so far others will follow especially Gran Turismo 7 and Forza Motorsport '23 after this conspicuous double victory showing of the 499P!
@@r0gue_1 LM Ultimate will come to console. As for ACC it will never happen as the game is focused on SRO's GT categories
Starting the lap with a 20s lead, this is the perfect example of calmly bringing the car home, despite the pressures and knowing what it means to everyone.
Forza Ferrari
Emotional roller coaster.
What a race, guys.
I'd love to hear the radio comms on the inlap.
Yeah @FIAWEC can we get that?
I love that Wiper.. it's not only cleaning the windshield but also telling the driver to Push ❤
Every time i see this moment Nielsen makes me cry. Thanks very much to all three these drivers for this victory. I will always remember of you. 👍❤️
I love Ferrari so much, FORZA FERRARI !
We are waitng these wonderful guys in Maranello to celebrate once again the victory in this unic race in the world. Well done.
I love how he doesn't celebrate until the car is over the finish line...
4:08 The moment the throttle lifted one last time before claiming the double exactly like last year screamed the top of my lungs in emotion took a while sinking it all in one on a plate! It was incredible to see how Nielsen had the ability to save fuel
Varias horas he pasado viendo estas increíbles 24 H de Le Mans, fueron emocionantes, el #50 llegó con sólo el 2% de combustible. ¡Forza Ferrari!
Ci Siamo Commossi Anche Noi...Eravamo li con voi... L'ultimo Giro...il più lungo...Siete Grandi Forza Ferrari ❤
I wonder how far these cars could actually race before failing? They’re so complex with the hybrid systems etc, incredible engineering.
you could go a decent amount of distance on the electrical motor, however you'd be disqualified because you can't finish the race at 0% energy.
An Alpine? Not so far.
@@g1sbiI think he means as in how long could you race with refueling and all. like could you run double the length of le mans? 48 hours? assuming infinite drivers available and no human errors made
@@dhkdlhdyodyoclydtkd96494 yeah exactly, racing speeds etc, the fact the gearbox lasts that long and suspension etc let alone the whole power unit is amazing!
I probably estimate at least 3 consecutive days (more or less) before something goes wrong. Let's say we still use the Circuit de la Sarthe track for testing and we put the 499P to its knees by driving for 3 days straight. Always on the limit and pushing it as if it's an actual race. My hunch is that the cooling system might fail first, then brake discs/pads/fluid, then the transmission. Not exactly in order but something like that would fail if we push a LM Hypercar to it's absolute limits.
Les relais de Nicklas sous la pluie en pneus slicks sont incroyable
I was on the edge of my seat watching his fuel drop more and more as he get closer and closer to the finish
Fantastic, super super fantastic . Thank you Ferrari, thank you Le Mans .....
That is some serious lift and coast
Una imagen vale mas que mil palabras!!! Felicitaciones Ferraristas!!! 🍻
Amazing and emotional race, Ferrari always return, Forza Ferrari ⚽️💯🔝💪
How awesome it must be to drive these beast hypercars. Incredible.
And he finished with what 2% left in the tank? It really was a now or never ending
Incredible focus literally until he crossed the line. Waited until it was 101% complete before celebrating. Absolute steel mentality from these drivers.
Merci de nous faire partager ce tour à bord de la FERRARI 😍😍
Years of training, hard work and devotion………achieving such a result as racecardriver……. Everybody has emotions!!!!!
So great this achievement. We share the same emotion around the circuit.
My City , my Race , My Heroes ❤❤❤❤❤❤🇨🇵🇨🇵🇨🇵
yep it brought a tear to my eye too, well done Ferrari
Due anni che dagli onboard del canale ufficiale YT sento questo fischio... Diesci
Wow, great to be able to come along!
Forza Ferrari!
The amount he was lifting and coasting on the final lap to get it across the line was insane. Back to back winner 😎❤
Brilliant and Beautiful!!!! Forza Ferrari Per Sempre!!!
Sweet tears ❤🎉
you can really hear the car boosting but only at higher speeds and recoup energy on braking. Thats amazing
Enzo would be proud of his legacy.
It was an absolutely legendary Le Mans 24 this year, I haven't been this hyped and this entertained by a race in a long long time. Honestly I wanted Toyota to win especially the #7 which was an underdog all race, and it's annoying how lucky the #50 got, if they were forced to fix the door 1 lap earlier they would not have made it to the end on only 1 stop, but hey that's racing, and Nielsen still had to put in a legendary performance to make this happen. I'm hoping Cadillac can finally pull their shit together sometime though.
FERRARI ❤❤❤
Bravo!
Motion and emotion
You can actually hear and see how much he was lifting and coasting on the final lap.
People said last year win was a fluke, how about this years?
Even though I wanted Porsche to win, this back to back Ferrari made me happy.
This year's win was rigged
@@FederalPursuitVehicle How so?
@@MihzvolWuriar FIA gave Ferrari zero/light penalties when they were clearly breaking the rules which is why the win is super controversial.
@@FederalPursuitVehicle but not for porsche bcs they ran too slow 🐌
@@FederalPursuitVehicleThe yellow car got a 30 second penalty for a hitting a lapped car while leading 🤷♂️ Every Ferrari had multiple penalties!

i love hearing the squealing of the MGU in the Ferrari; coolest hypercar of the lot
フェラーリ!2連覇!おめでとう👍
Sooo much lifting and coasting wow, way to bring it home
Forza Ferrari!!! Bellissimo
Ferrari win Monaco and Le Mans in the same year. There is still time to win F1 and WEC titles, too. This could be a year to remember if they finally sort out the strategy issues and capitalize on their cars’ performance.
Ferrari ❤
We Caddy fans got carried hard by #2.
And the #3 was wiped out with a leaking differential
I'm crying too.
2% energy, 98% sheer will
Lets go!
Bravo Nicklas
Parabéns #FERRARI 💪🏻💪🏻🇮🇹🇮🇹
Kinda crazy the only two races the Ferrari hypercar team have one since coming back to the class are both le mans
This is back to back years correct last year was it 50 years and this year 51 years of something Idk if its Ferrari being in the LeMans Series or how long they've not won it in, but I know they made a livery that they were using today to honor 50 years of something regardless good too see them win again
Sorry not LeMans Series that's a different championship lol WEC
Congratulations🎉 Ferrari did a great job!
Ferrari and emotional rollercoaster have become the same thing apparently in these last 10 years.
Montreal GP is irrelevant, this #50 car deserved a win after numerous poles and great performances, especially after such an unlucky red flag at spa 4 weeks ago

That's some serious lifting & coasting
In the words of the great Ricky Bobby, 'if you ain't first, you're last! '
Well driven Ferrari! Masterclass!
Go Speed Racer go!
All credit goes to F1 budget cap, the Ferrari hypercar project was reborn and winning LeMans. What else is better than this.
This lap is like Real Racing 3 challenges with saving the fuel with 3% left XD
The sky was crying for the Ferrari reaching the finish line
Non so perché ma seguire on board la 24 ore è molto rilassante, guarderei per ore e ore,boh........
That's lift and coast.... 1km away from the mulsane turn... 😂 very well done
That wiper...
Ferrari.....the ONLY scuderia that matters!
best car in the world
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Was rooting for Porsche and Toyota but congrats to Ferrari!
We still lead the championship, onwards to Brazil. Having competitors like Toyota and Ferrari make any success so much better, hopefully they all stay for as long as possible.
Was hoping Peugeot would do alot better, at least top 10. The B.O.P. certainly helped screwed them more then ever this time.
@@koraxi8958 Peugeot had been BOPed heavily because the car was new and the organization didn't want someone bringing a "magic" car just to win Le Mans. Next race it will probably have more favorable settings.
