I don't trust he used 2 months. If he really did it in 2 months that building will not be strong enough ppl be careful what most Ghanaians tell u
This is what I did in Ghana, I only had 3 months from work to do this . Concrete needs 23 days to dry if it wasn’t that I would have finished that . If you plan the whole process prior to leaving to Ghana and you already have cash ready in hand. It’s very easy to get things done in Ghana if you have money upfront.
If one can’t do it, doesn’t mean others can’t do it. 😉 get out of fear mindset. It’s abundance everywhere. Again thanks for the comment and subscribing 🙏🏿

@Bonsubeats That's sad that they keep encroaching on people's plots. They almost did same to me but we caught it on time so i built a wall and put a gate on it.

From foundation to this level with the water system,looking like $46k including unexpected expense, outside walls, scaffolds. windows, doors, burglar proof insulation pumping machine for water, poly tank, air-conditioning units (4AC), Power tools machines,
