- Markerbids was NEVER a scam. It was run legitamately for 5 years. We ran over 10,000 auctions, legitimately, and simply ran out of money on the last 30
PBN, and everyone on it can fuck themselves. I've worked my ass off for the past year, saving pennies, $200-$500 per month, because I NEVER forgot about my customers or what I owed them.
This is about 70% of what was owed. There are three more guns coming in, a couple more loaders, and some other misc stuff, but this is the majority of what was owed
I was NEVER going to "scam" my customers. I just needed time, to earn and save up the money to catch everyone up. This is the majority of the products that are owed.

I don't know what all happened but a few years ago I got into paintball and came across your channel. You help me to understand the sport and help me to make some decisions on my setup. Miss your old videos. Good luck with the new content.

some people don't understand what losing a buisness is like escpially when you give it your all better late then never is right... I'm sure if you could have you would have done it long ago but doing right by your customers is sometimes harder then it looks and seeing you put effort in to do that is awesome thanks man

aspyromilios I think that's the reason paintball kind of died, people like me got tired of spending like 120$ on paint, entry and air. It's a really expensive sport.

It doesn't cost more then 60 dollars for me to go an that is with premium paint.
do yourself a favor an find better feilds that dont over charge.

Loved seeing your videos many years ago and being excited when you posted new content...you're right though, paintball, from a money standpoint, is so diluted. I'm actually excited that you're picking up on the drones because I've been looking at purchasing one in the foreseeable future. You've always done awesome reviews. I know I'll be able to refer to you for some insight into a badass drone!

the paintball retail market completely dried up. And I got hit by a savy chargeback fraudster that hit me for about $4000 in bid packs, and walked off with about $5000 in gear. Hit me at the worst time. 2015 was a total loss on the site, no new products came out

To anyone saying this site was legit, imagine going to a casino, playing for a while, trying to cash out, and they refuse to accept your chips with the explanation "business has been slow lately". This guy's an absolute joke and I'm honestly surprised he's not involved in a lawsuit right now. I'd love to know the total dollar value of every unused bid that was active when the auctions stopped. This guy stole tens of thousands of dollars of people's money, and is now paying SOME of it back almost two years later.
Probably the only reason he's not getting sued is that many of the people using his site were minors, funding their bid packs with their parents money, and not knowing how to stand up for themselves when their merchandise didn't come in. What a complete stack of human garbage.

It sucks to see paintball die. I love this sport but for me and I assume many others its just too damn expensive. I hate showing up to my field and having to play 1v1 with my buddy. I remember I was able to buy my own gear and use it every weekend playing with 30 strangers. It was a blast!
It's not dieing. It's growing. Just because one business went down (truly sorry Mike, you never deserved it, no one does) doesn't mean that the industry is going to shit.
I feel you and yo the other dude I can't see your name it's not that the sports dying it's the fact the everyday people can't afford the shit any more I used to Love going every weekend but now at my local field paint and admissions is trhough the damn roof
Well whatever the reason there is hardly anyone at the field on a saturday. I used to go to the field and it would be packed. Yeah and admissions have gone up because......the sport is dying. Less people are interested in playing. The snowball effect is very real.

yes, you can buy a bid pack! I doubt I'll re-run auctions. There isn't enough demand for paintball gear to run a site like that

I said this was a scam from day one. Sadly I like mike and his videos but it was an obvious to me when a guy would be auto bidding all day and night 100s of bids over and over for days. People need to understand that he Never wanted to Rip someone off really it was LOOSE gambling... But the issue was his Buddy willie winning things while he has control of the software. Its like that idiot that went on Facebook bragging about winning Draft kings and he WORKS there... This trick of bids was Loose gambling that he could wait until enough REAL bids were made to pay for an item to then sell it. The bot bids were fake just to keep things rolling..... Im unsure what happened to mike but it seams like people figured it out and he got a worse name when he pulled a PB NOT so Friendly..... The same shit happened to them. Sadly mike is a paintball Icon and sadly I think hes all done.

I don't see why you guys would see mike as a scam it was achually a fairly good business model you buy bids for a dollar a bid sometimes less when you bought a bunch of bids and you can win gear for so much less than retail value mike would make good money in profit(up until everyone quit bidding) and you would walk away with a 500 dollar product for way less than 500 bucks how is that a scam?
