There was a case that was remarkable as the mother was filmed banging her head onto the ground. She got full custody, screw the kid scholarity and was force into shared custody. The reasoning was that the father could fix things up so the kid could stay with the parents.

I had this exact court appearance 7 times (I had to pay my lawyer 7 times while she didnt show up) until I was finally granted custody. Meanwhile, 16 years later I have yet to see a single dime in the court ordered child support she was ordered to pay.....and still had to pay my lawyer fees.
I feel you man. I raised a kid that I wasn't the biological father of for two years without even being able to see the child after. The best revenge is just living your best life. A lot of women seem to get a free pass when it comes to these legal processes. All we can do is what we can to take care of things and cut these toxic women from our lives. She’s gonna have pay back child support, my deadbeat dad never paid, and it all added up, he owed my mom nearly 10,000$ he had to pay her monthly, she will eventually still have to pay that. Even when your child turns 18, if they never paid before the turned 18, they still have to pay it.

I used to think that filing for child support would make me a weak woman. I felt like I not only have them but I love and wanted them so they are my responsibility. I have an auto immune disorder and sick or healthy every day I am there for my children and provide them with all of their physical and emotional needs alone. Judge Vonda makes me feel like it shouldn't just be my responsibility and that it might even make me a stronger woman and better mother standing up for us demanding support from their father so they may have the life they deserve. I just have to get strong enough to take that step.

I feel sorry for this young father! I know he picked the wrong woman but dang! My ex lives in Texas. He owes me over $10 GRAND in spousal support & he found a loop hole in the system! As long as he is SELF employed, my state cannot take any wages for spousal support! It’s UNREAL!
You’re a grown woman why should men pay for life you had if you want to keep the same life then work for it like he did. But if he owes you money then by all means you have a right to it I think it’s messed up that men have to pay their exes money just because they live with them for a time. I was overseas and I had to pay my debt beat ex money Until I finally got divorced and she was going around getting porked By half of the state. And on top of that I was forced to pay her car payment the car that she crashed that was mine, and I had to pay for her rent as well well I was barely able to afford food for me to go to work while I was in Korea and was all court ordered but you can make do he’s gonna work for it like we all do
Spouse support is Completely different than Child Support. A child can't get a job an adult can.

I am a brazilian lawyer and am totally impressed how our cultures differ. I guess in here we have more classical cases where women are looking for men to get child support, the other way round is so rare... it can't even get into my mind something like this

I feel bad for this young man and he seems to be suffering from depression which is blocking Hume and being able to think outside of the box there’s plenty of help out there for people who are truly abusing it so why doesn’t he just ask for public assistance for the time being that way he can get food stamps to help with the grocery bills and possibly help with housing education for himself etc. there are opportunities out there and unfortunately or fortunately he is a white boy which means lots of doors will open up for him he just Hass to stop locking his way he’s a good boy he’ll find somebody

I'm so sorry, Anthony. I get that you're hurting, and that you want a good and proper life for this child, but the absolute best thing you can do to get back at her is to be an incredible father, and successful without her.
It won't be easy. It's never an easy thing to do, but it can be done, and with the resolve you showed her in court, I get the feeling you can make it as a single parent.
And trust me, hers is coming. And when it does, don't stop what your doing-- keep going. Because every second you spend being happier and more successful than her all while raising your child is another second that the knife of jealousy twists in her back.

If it were a single mom we were talking about, I'd say the same: "Your best revenge is proving that you and your child can live life without them, and their betrayal of you and your child us the same knife that placed in their own back."
A single parent that finds it in themselves to still raise a good, respectful kid, regardless of what's between their legs, is one of the most powerful people in my eyes, because they carry so much alone.

Yep I know a guy that took care of his abandoned daughter for ten yrs mom popped back up and sued him for alienation of affection. The parent that abandons the child should lose all custody.

I used to think that filing for child support would make me a weak woman. I felt like I not only have them but I love and wanted them so they are my responsibility. I have an auto immune disorder and sick or healthy every day I am there for my children and provide them with all of their physical and emotional needs alone. Judge Vonda makes me feel like it shouldn't just be my responsibility and that it might even make me a stronger woman and better mother standing up for us demanding support from their father so they may have the life they deserve. I just have to get strong enough to take that step.

@@tsaligrass as a Child support officer, I see plenty of cases where dad is ordered to pay mom and no job is located for dad so no payments. So this is a very common.
