Aloha. Many years ago while I lived in Hawaii, we went camping on Haleakala. My friend’s mom brought two different size empty containers of Folgers. She put cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and chocolate shavings in the smaller one. Duct taped the crap out of it, put rock salt and ice in the larger one. She put the small one in the big one, duct taped the big one, and had us throw it around for an hour or so. Soft serve ice cream while camping!

We close our forever home in Milton in just a couple weeks. Hubby can’t wait to back in his home state! Will get our surf fishing gear out of storage in Gulf Breeze and then start boat shopping. We have talked about coming to your neck of the woods. Hubby is from the Kissimmee area originally but grew up fishing and hunting before his time in the military. Love the videos! Ian, when I was a kid, we had one that had a crank handle on it. You just crank the damn thing filled it with ice and salt and then the aluminum cylinder in the middle was where the ice cream went. There was no freezing it. You just sat there and did it worked awesome Thanks for the reminder of times gone by👍👍👍

Mr Tug I lived in south Fla for 25 years and never saw any whales. It wasn’t till we were off the Outer Banks that we saw the Lesser Wright whale. What you filmed looked like a humpback to me. Was it by itself? Great footage. Thank you sir for sharing!

Yes, you have to throw the cream from across the room into the ice cream maker. lol. My wife questions EVERYTHING I do exactly like that!! Checked all the boxes on this video. I've never been lucky enough to see that Atlantic that calm! Looking forward to the next one.

Very cool to see that whale 🐳. I’ve never seen one on our side and we have been out a bunch. The only thing we saw in the Gulf was a giant Whale shark a couple times a few years ago. Keep up the good work!
I spend 180-200 days a year at sea end I’ve only seen actual whales 2x in this area. Pretty cool

You can't beat those old Penn reels. We had one snatched off the dock and amazingly got it back over six months later. I took it apart & cleaned it up....good as new. 😉

FYI, after you pick your blueberries if you leave them, sit out on the counter for a day or so they will naturally increase their sugar content. Their flavor will increase to fold easy.

Love your channel brother, found you with the brothers, I think it was Gabe but I don’t remember. Love your variety of what you go for with Crystal wether it be clams, crayfish, shrimp and all the varieties of fish and the way you show how to process them and your delicious preparation of your catch of the day and always come up with something different👊I used to pick blueberries when I was a teen for money but they frowned on me for they call it scatter picking but I always got the biggest paycheck at the end of the week. I’m a Florida native myself born and raised in Ft.lauderdale and after I got out of the Marines in 79 I ended up out in western Colorado for 25 years then moved back in 2010.
It seems like all I ever do anymore is work being a over the road trucker I don’t get much opportunities to fish and hunt like I did when I was younger but I enjoy watching y’all and Bluegabe. Anyway thanks for sharing your videos because I truly enjoy them and by the way homemade blueberry ice cream sounds delicious 😋

Aloha. My mom used to take us to do that growing up in Ohio, except it was strawberries or raspberries. We had a rhubarb patch, so she’d make a compote for ice cream and jam the rest.

Love the blueberry picking, it took me back to my childhood, mum, dad and us three boys following the tractor picking potatoes in the rain in Wales, in shorts n t-shirts m flip flops, it eas summer holidays dammit, happy days indeed 😊
No ice cream though, it doesn't really work with rain or potatoes.

Absolutely love your videos brother and that ice cream looks absolutely delicious I'm going to tell you straight up I'm from Texas and I've never picked fresh blueberries like that man I bet you they're delicious I have also never caught a week fish we have sand trout and speckled trout here but I've never caught one of those that you caught they look delicious

I kind of figured as much whenever you said you have to ice them and put them in a saltwater ice slurry as soon as possible we do the same thing to sand trout and speckled trout down here in Texas or at least I do anyways
I always heard them called yellow mouth trout when I lived in Jacksonville used to get them in sister's creek
Yellow mouth trout are different but very similar. They even school together

Great video tug! Grey trout are good when they are fresh. I had a mess of them with a couple of nice reds I cleaned a few weeks ago when I was down. Had them in cooler on the way home and someone stole my cooler! Oh well I hope it blessed someone.

They look similar to speckle sea trout but we catch them in the flats and oyster bars mainly
