for the time and material i would say 500 is fair some people don’t understand craftsmanship if u were to make this and this way was ur way of puttin food on the table then u would want more than $200 for ur time and material dont me foolish now
$200 barely worth the effort.. that would work out to him only making like $20 an hour after cost of glue, finish, metal, etc.. even if the pallet was free why sell that low when you know you could get more?
@@EileenTheCr0wright people dont understand craftsmanship effort and time. The price is always higher when it's a one man show as he isn't mass producing cheap products in china.

Will this not warp in the future? I’ve read using cheaper wood can lead to structural issues. I’m getting into woodworking and trying to be budget friendly so this would be great.
You should check the moisture of wood, the best to build under 10 percent which mean the wood is dried. If the wood is wet, it may crooked in overtime . :) do not worry or compare what other sells. This is one of a kind.
Pallets are specifically made not to warp and to be strong, they often use mixes of hardwoods. Pallet wood is probably better than the construction grade wood that your (and mine) house is built with.

I hope you’re joking 💀
Hahahahaha
That’s not from the pallets
😂
Brah 😂
$500 ? Where is that a five hundred dollar item I really want to know because I never want to live there.
To be fair that's a damn fine pallet 😂😂😂
Should have put an epoxy river in it and sold it for a cool million!

Haha thanks
Beautiful job man!
Get a pallet buster or use a saw saw to cut the nails it decreases the chance of breaking the boards
Thanks for the tip! Cheers
There’s another video where a guy made a similar coffee table and sold it for $550 using a pallet
Super cool!
Outstanding 😮
Great use of some nice solid pine. That would otherwise not be nicely utilized or appreciated.
Love wood and metal going together like this .
Me too!
