    you know my thoughts on 30 east drive, and it hasnt changed lol. As for the pram, like everything placed in that spot at the top of the stairs that has moved in videos, it was precariously placed on the edge of a thick carpet, it was always going to fall eventually. If people want to start testing that for a fact, place something at the back of the wall, not right on the edge of the step.

      I’ve always thought the same thing. Supposedly the most violent poltergeist in the UK but can only move something if it’s balanced on the edge of the top step?

      Yeah, I'm not even ball shaped, and I fall off the ledge of stairs all the time😂 anything you put on the top ledge of stairs, is gonna fall. And that's science.

      @mikelarry88888 Před 20 dny +3

      The way i see it is that there seems to be a lot of movement in the stairs themselves when people go up or down the stairs. This is evident from all the squeaking .lol . I guess that is wood against wood or wood against nail. And the landing is part of the staircase and so there could be small vibrations that add up and eventually the pushchair falls. You can even plainly see on the thumbnail that there is some kind of curvature to the stairs(or carpet or both) due to wear and tear. There's actually other footage on yt of a pushchair falling from that position in an almost identical way. I'm not saying this group did this, but when i first saw that other, older footage of the pushchair tumbling, i did wonder if that group had manipulated the carpet a bit to get that effect. Like for example, stroking that bit of the carpet back ' against the grain' could prop up the carpet by a few millimeters, and then the carpet would, over time (a few hours?) , and from vibrations, go back down and therefore initiate some kind of movement of the pushchair. I just don't consider it to be good evidence when a round or wheeled object moves , in a position that could obviously be impacted by the vibrations of regular foot traffic 🤔

      Considering it moved that planchet like a champ all night it could have rolled that pram from the back wall no problems.

    • @IR-kb1qs
      @IR-kb1qs Před dnem

      Even if it was against the back of the wall and it still fell down the stairs, it does not get you anywhere near ghosts or supernatural. The only thing you have is an unexplained event until you can demonstrate that a. the supernatural exists and b. the event that happened was caused by a supernatural phenomena. Otherwise it's just conclusion shopping.

    I love how open they were to your skepticism and how they took your feedback and ideas to heart. This is what we need more of in the paranormal community the ability to bounce ideas of each other and make gathering evidence easier and less likely to be faked ( weather intentionally or unintentionally ).

    For those giving friend Beardo 💩, some things to consider:
    1. As he stated, he was their guest so although openly skeptic he was polite. It’s great they invited a skeptic/debunker to help analyze everything! I suspect they learned a lot.
    2. Methods that are likely impacted by people’s minds rather than spirits being used is not the same as faking. I’m sure if he saw actual faking he’d have called it out on the spot.
    3. Learning how methods people try using work gives a debunker a clearer idea of how to spot faking vs paradolia etc.
    4. Trying out new things is not bad. I mean, sometimes depending on the thing, but for the most part! 😂

The reception from the crew when you offered your critiques of how to possibly improve the reliability of the responses they get through different techniques was fantastic. It’s an example of how I wish every paranormal team would react to a debunker’s opinions or impressions, the field would improve greatly! The level of respect you showed the team as well for their techniques & interpretations was fabulous too.

Whether through subconscious movements or ghosts, it does work - often - or it wouldn’t be as popular as it is. I agree that the planchette is moved subconsciously by person using it as to my understanding, spirit would ''connect'' with part of us that can lead the subconscious mind to operate this way. Same goes for automatic drawing or even our intuition. We are all connected with universe. Of course, this is down to person's believe systems , so I totally understand why some people just don't think it's real. I myself used board before and it is fascinating nonetheless. Of course there is the fact that with closed eyes the planchette may not move, but probably it is down to the fact where we need to see for the brain to connect it all together.

    Well done Beardo for questioning the headphones. My thoughts exactly. He didn't hear anyone talking (albeit mumbling), when you went out of the room, so he didn't react. I don't know.. I'm pretty skeptical about a lot of things, especially most of the stuff in the beginning. But that last clip of the stroller genuinely surprised me. My heart even jumped a little bit. It didn't look like it 'just fell,' it looked like someone NUDGED it forward. That's so creepy, I love it.
    That's the thing with "spirits." I don't know if cameras can even pick up one. You could be there for a week and have nothing happen, then leave and something happen randomly the next day. But to me... the biggest evidence is that feeling you get when you're in a room alone and it feels like something's breathing down your neck or watching you throughout the whole house. Or stepping around someone you can't see. It's so hard to describe, but that oppressive feeling that you're not alone is unlike anything else. Great footage, I love watching your investigations!

    Hey Beardo, new sub here, I love your approach and open mindedness. my mother talks about our old house when i was a baby where doors would slam shut, and footsteps running up and down the stairs and across the halls upstairs. but the freaky part is, I supposedly used to talk to my self and when asked, i would say I was talking to the man and stare straight forward into nothing. (a previous owner had died in the house of a heart attack.)
    I'm in my thirties now and I enjoy watching investigations also trying to keep an open mind.

I do have a really interesting antectodal story about a talking board. We devised a way for me to actually see the planchette from eye level, i basically had to lay on my tummy on some pillows to get the right view but I can absolutely without a doubt say that no one's fingers were on the planchette and the damn thing was moving. To this day I can not explain it. The three participants were just hovering their fingers over the planchette and I saw it move. We had not been smoking or drinking 😂 and it was with the lights on so I could see clearly that no one's fingers were on the thing. I look at it like this:
      There's thousands , maybe hundreds of thousands of reports spanning centuries of bad things happenings...out of all those ; the odds of ALL of them being b.s is low.
      So; if just 1 of any of them is true; there's something there one should at the very least respect the possibility of something happening that might not be good. Ouiga boards go back to ancient Egypt and a game called senat. Later in Egyptian history it was used to commune with the dead. So Much older than Victorian times really.
      We think we know everything about how things work but we don't know anything really in the grand scheme of things... we have great explanations for the ouiga board that fit and are true, sure, but that doesn't mean they fit and is true for every case.

    Great video. I love the way you bring logic to the table. I would add that anyone who thinks the human podium test is in any way reliable should search the phrase "balancing with eyes closed" and learn about why it's completely normal to sway significantly in that scenario. Since swaying is all but guaranteed, you're essentially flipping a 50/50 coin in terms of whether the direction matches the answer to the question you've asked. I'm open to the paranormal being real (I even lean towards thinking it's more likely than not), but "tests" like these do nothing to confirm or disprove that belief.
    Keep up the great work, Beardo. I look forward to future videos.

    • @AKbaby89

      Then why don't blind people sway?

    • @nicked_fenyx
      @nicked_fenyx Před 20 dny

      @@AKbaby89 Some blind people do experience balance issues. But studies have shown that some may develop the ability to maintain their balance if there is still enough information coming from other sources (a person's sense of balance relies upon information from multiple sources, eyesight being one of the more influential ones). Again: a simple search can provide you with loads of information, studies, etc to read about this issue.
      Regardless, swaying while standing with one's eyes closed is a well known, normal phenomenon, because signals from the eyes play a big part in keeping one's balance. If you doubt me, try it yourself in a non-haunted location of your choosing. Set up a camera, close your eyes, and try to remain in place for several minutes as seen in the video. Just make sure to have someone nearby to catch you if you fall in one direction or another (a healthy person is likely to sway but not fall, but there are medical conditions that can cause falling rather quickly in this scenario). Or you can speed things up by trying to balance on one leg with your eyes open, then closed, and noting the difference.
      Vision is a key part of balance. Thus, the human pendulum test is flawed.

    Love this and the fact as you joined their investigations, you investigated their way, very respectful and open minded, its appreciatednhere also, as we all have different opinions on what we believe, what we dont, we all have our own ideas or beliefs on what IS paranormal and what isnt, especially, those like me who has had their own unexplainable situation. As you are doing differently to your normal style.....someone will believe in these methods or some! Some may have had their own experiences with said, devices or methods! By doing this it opens minds that theres many different investigators that do things in many different ways, even if you dont believe, as the boards have been debunked, however, if you have been with trusted people and the board has spelled out something not even I knew, at the time, let alone those there, yet it was true....most random thing too! So.... as much as i believe we do move it subconsciously, I also know........what was spelled out made no sense and was laughable at the time, until it turned out truth, word for word and very specific! Its very hard to explain as with most peoples paranormal experiences! As always you had to be there or youd never believe! I wish we had cameras, like we do now, back then!

    I'm really interested in a solo investigation that you've mentioned doing. I have found that sometimes places just "shutdown" with everyone/everything running amuck. Now, I may lose my partial skeptic card with being open about this, but I joined a group on an investigation and was asked to be the human pendulum. Something I once mocked? Actually, it did me in. It was incredibly interesting, and I'm also not afraid to admit to crying and breaking down. I rewatched footage of it, and a spirit was severely SA'd at this asylum... which they asked about. Now, is that to say my own emotions just overwhelmed me? Idk. I have no explanation for this. I loved your integrity during this. As a solo investigator myself? I'd really be interested in that. One last thing? People need to remember this is not the most interesting hobby. There are many times one can literally nap and walk away. Other times? Stuff happens. Might not be extraordinary, but it's enough to get your adrenaline going for me until the dawn breaks. Thanks, Beardo.

    Beardo, query. On the stroller you calla pram. Were you able to see where it was situated, to see how far it had to be "Theoretically" pushed, in order to go over the ledge of the step. Because from a debunking stand point, just like with flashlights, only lightly screwed on, they sometimes generate light. Well correspondingly, if this was at just the edge, so that over time it would imperceptibly succumb to gravity and the wheels rolling forward, causing it to fall. No wires needed, no intentional deception required, just someone set it at the edge there, thinking it was far enough back and it wasn't and it just rolled over time, corresponding to the people downstairs walking, sending micro vibrations up to the stroller via the floor.

    I started watching Daz games ghost hunts and he's a lot like you, he's not putting in any special affects or any sounds over the video, he goes in with some friends into a supposedly haunted locations and just hangs out, they don't always catch something and he says all time "this is an actual ghost hunt, I wanted to show that you won't always catch something it's not always a big thing sometimes it's just boring" and honestly I really like that. I've strayed away from most ghost hunting channels and really only ever watch this channel and Daz games ghost hunts because it's all legit, sometimes things happen most of the time nothing happens and I really enjoy that type of content, not over the top and dramatic with constant screaming and crying, it's just calm chill.

As for the Pram, it is certainly an interesting event. If the wheels are literally at the edge of the step, then it does lend for other possibilities of what could have moved it as it wouldn't take much I don't think (I wasn't there so I simply don't know). Could that area have rodents, a strong cross breeze, a slightly sloping foundation or floor? I ask because I have never been there so I don't know the conditions. I would love to see this done with a bubble level next to the pram, and a camera less than 5 feet away clearly showing the level and a side view of the prams wheels. All in all, I don't think the group is trying to deceive anyone. They seem to have a legitimate interest in finding paranormal evidence. No it does not. We have all seen teams we trust like Ouija Brothers and other getting incredible evidence in here. My personal opinion is that the place is being over investigated, you cant have a team in there every night and expect the activity to be insane, I dont think the black monk haunts the place but maybe did once upon a time. Great Video as always Beardo
