I think the price has to do with the amount of work the chef has to do - moving the food around back, up, down, turning it around, clinking, clanking of the spatulas & knives. LOL!!! I saw one that cost $270 and what should have taken 20 minutes to cook took over 1 hour and the beef was nearly over cooked! I bet this $50 meal tasted better or just as good as the $270

He also has the sloppiest grill skills look how dirty his grill is it can affect the taste of the food and yes I agree the lobster still raw

Sorry, all I could think about was the prawns being cooked alive and the lobster which was probably just cut in half before putting on the hot plate

eeks raw prawns too, its ok to eat lobster and prawns raw , thinly sliced , but half cooked no thanks!
its a waste of fresh produce, seafood needs to be treated with respect. be it raw or cooked , one or the other not in between.
