The main switch and the smoke switch share the right post and the volume fits on the left

I actually just ordered one with the barrel smoke unit that's new to the tank hobby at least that's what I've heard . I'm excited it's my first tank 🤗

I also fitted the Metal rotation ring and turret motor, great upgrade and removes any turret wobble !

Have a look at the full metal Mato tanks. They're very similar to the Heng Long's but with most of the goodies from factory.

You didnt show how you cut the hatches out. I want to do it too. No idea yet what tools to use. Anyone can share what they use?

I used a good old Dremmel with a tiny circular saw bit and a sanding drum to very carefully remove the plastic, then tidied it up by hand. If you cut it flush with the top surface you should be left with a perfect hole for the metal hatches.
