You also forgot that at the time, McQueen wasn't encouraged enough to have friends, and these pitties are not McQueen's workers, but rather the Rusteze brothers' workers, and since he's not their boss, this is NOT a crime, this is the pitties' fault, since they felt betrayed for no reason.
The crimes you tried to charge them for during the racing doesn't count. For one most of that stuff is allowed in Nascar and even if you wanted to argue that it's different because the cars are living things or whatever it still doesn't hokd up because even in normal sports certain laws aren't applicable due to the nature of the sport. For instance if you were to tackle someone on the sidewalk you'd get an assault charge but linemen dont get charged for tackling the QB. Also the driver replacement is allowed in NASCAR as well(normally for health reasons but sometimes for sponsorship obligations). Quite a few of the “crimes” is just someone not knowing how racing works.
@@boomerkid3261It’s still allowed. What’s not allowed is locking bumpers like the drivers kept doing at superspeedway races during the early years of the COT.

OBJECTION! As McQueen’s lawyer, I believe my client is being falsely accused of assault and battery on Cal. Assault is the threat of anything the victim sees as violence, and battery is the violence itself. What’s shown in Cars 3 is a lighthearted prank between friends. Such a prank did not harm Cal, as he was completely fine after the prank, nor would such prank be perceived by Cal as violence since he already knows it’s just a prank. _WHERE’S YOUR LICENSE, FAKE PROSECUTOR?_
dont forget, he destroyed the simulator in cars 3, my question is, is that destruction of property AND more negligence? A: He didnt train with cruz to have proper knowledge, B: He hit the wall.
And Lightning did not do that, he asked someone (more likely Guido) to do that for him. What the CZcamsr is saying is that pranks, such as Knock-Knock Ginger or Ding Dong Ditch in most countries, is a crime even though they are not.
Trespassing is only a crime if property owner presses charges. Doc did not press charges against McQueen comming into his house. And you cannot charge somebody with trespassing for entering a medical clinic via main door. It's Docs fault his operating room is the only room in the clinic, and if anything, he probably could be charged with some violation of privacy and health safty for that. Same with Ramirez at the Crazy 8 race. They locked her on the track so that was their fault, and if anything, they committed the crime of endergament by doing so. Also, about McQueens prank. If anything tires and wheels are treated like shoes by cars. So it was just a prank harmless prank. If Carl wanted to, he could have probably charge McQueen with assault for spraying him with the froam, but he very crealy won't do that since that was just a friendly prank.
I don't wanna be "that" guy, but I don't think you know how 1 the cars universe works or 2 overall cars work, and to spare you from me ranting about some of the things that would be wrong in this video (and to spare my self from being called a hater) I'm gonna just say that you got some things wrong
I’d like to see Chick Hicks on this list as well: he did some bad things: in Cars 1 I saw him do Attempted Murder times two and physical harm times 3. In Cars 3 I saw him do emotional harm. And in Pixar Shorts: Unparalleled Parking….he gets one fine for reckless driving: his two fines for attempted murder include the huge wreck that he causes during the first race which goes along with physical harm because he put Strip Weather/The King and Lightning McQueen in danger plus he puts half of the racers in danger as well…one of the racers gets so damaged that he can’t race anymore to where he has to be towed out. The second time he did attempted murder was when he decides that McQueen is just gonna win so he turns to Strip Weathers and decides to side swipe him…sending him flying in the air where he then flips over 3 times and if McQueen hadn’t learned the lessons of true success, actions have consequences, true meaning of friendship and that sometimes you have to handle your fears and learn to let go….if he hadn’t helped Strip Weathers in the end….then Strip Weathers would have been making more dust than progress when trying to get back onto the track. And that goes along with two fines of physical harm because he hurt a fellow racer and before that he also decided that it would be okay to slam into McQueen on purpose aka not to be competitive…forcing McQueen to have to get a new set of tires. He gets another fine for emotional damage as he creates a news show/sports center show….only to make fun of McQueen which drags McQueen down even further…making McQueen want to retire more. Then in a Pixar Short he gets another fine for reckless driving as he drifts into the parking spot and knocks over the sign completely.
McQueen blowing up Cal's tyres isn't a crime. The tyres are able to be changed, so they're more like shoes for a human comparison. It was also just a fun joke and they can be easily deflated. It's like if you grabbed a pair of your friends shoes and chucked them in a lake.

10:31 Doc Hudson
4:39 you do realize this was a task made by british Agent finn mcmissle
I am liking this video
This only makes me think you didn’t really see the Cars movies or know how the cars and the Cars world work. After all, it would’ve been obvious that tires are like shoes, and most of these “crimes” are plain nonsense.
Okay and come on Doc obviously wasn’t trying to kill Lightning or risking his life. Not only are the cars metal and can clearly handle a lot, considering how they get bumped and pushed around while racing, but a small drop into cacti was never gonna do much harm to a car in the Cars world. Doc was trying to teach the arrogant jerk at the time a lesson to make sure the road would be fixed for the town, and he even made sure Mater was there to tow him out. I literally couldn’t figure out what you considered a crime Doc did until I saw that part.
I know it’s just a dumb CZcams video, but this is the kind of thing I would dislike since it feels poorly researched and like it’s not even trying, plus Cars and Cars 3 are some of my favorite movies of all time lol
Niced!
0:49 He just censored “idiot”
How does she know where where she is? What does he think? What do you think he knows he’s getting fixed😊😊😊😊😊
Did you establish in your cars vilains videos that since tires can be switched with minimal efforts, they aren't really considered body parts? You can't come around and consider them body parts now. A mist accurate comparuson of the prank mcqueen pulls on dinoco guy would more be along the lines of putting handcuffs on him or tying him up with his clothes, not assault and battery
someone needs to make maters scream a meme sound
Crus is safe it a racing technique to gain more speed by letting the car in front do all the work
Ngl all these crimes are just dumb for the most part
Also the tires are like shoes it's the rims that are like their feet
1:20 Luigi? Or Guido? And it was a joke they can remove the tires at anytime this is so wrong
u forgot how lightning didn’t pay mater the 32k in legal fees
1:44 no, I don't think so we see the tires are interchangeable so really the tires are more like their shoes. also that was Guido not Luigi
What about Chick Hicks? What he did was reckless and dangerous. What kind of crimes would he commit?
the tires are foot wear
bros making up numbers
after watching this i can never watch this movie in the same
Most of them aren't even real crime, just misunderstood scenes
THE PITTY IS GUIDO NOT LUIGI
How are these crimes? He just didn’t want tires I mean what’s wrong with that what is wrong with that like he’s a race car it’s not a crime OK
0:48😂
2:42 but didn’t he fix the road tho so would that not count at least the road part?
its a movie not irl
lightning did get arrested in the movie
Bro this is just a kids movie stop being so uptight about this
Bro driving fast in a forest in a abandoned town is not elegal
Omg
Mater can drive backwards in the town because sheriff would stop him
OMG
SHE ENTERED THE CRAZY 8
THATS NOT EVEN A CRIME

SO THEY COULD ENTER
MCQUEEN WANTED HER TO ENTER THE RACE AND THATS FINE BOB AND DARIRD DIDNT CARE JUST SAID MCQUEEN ENTERED A NEW RACER FOR RUSTEZZS
FRANCHESCO IS JUST TRYING TO BE FUNNY NOT HARASSING
