Vet ej om de har det i SHL? Så fort det kommer en bra kille så försvinner de till NHL. Kvar finns bara medelmåttor. Man får väl hoppas på Nylanderpojkarna nu Zäta o Sedinarna m,m blir ju till åren. As a life-long Leafs fan I was disappointed to see Wendel leave. Might not be a popular opinion here, but Sundin's first 3 seasons with Toronto weren't impressive. Yes, he led the team in scoring... but he was a one-way player who contributed nothing defensively and was frankly a "floater" . Calm down, gentle reader!!! After a few (IMO!!) Lackluster seasons, he became one of the Premier power-forwards the league has ever seen! He started using his size to move bodies in both ends of the rink, while still putting up big numbers! He carried the team on his shoulders for years and may never get the recognition he deserves. One of the best Leafs of all time!
ILVESboy 69 : Laine has some uphill sledding to do to catch or surpass Mats all time Leafs point getter. Come back when and if Laine reaches a similar plateau for the Jets. Until then you should zip it because Mats currently stands head and shoulders above Laine. Not "triggered", I prefer to state the facts which you choose to overlook. Laine will never dominate like Sundin did. Have a nice day. .
