@@chloebb4942 je pense que le type le plus courant que tu peux trouver en école de musique francaise sa serait le picollo la plus aigue et la plus petite, la flute traverisère la normal, l'alto la plus grave et la plus grosse 👐 mais je te conseille d'apprendre les base avec la flute traversière d'abbord tu peux aussi éssailer les autres types de flute comme la flute a bec ou le haut bois mais sa na pas le même son 😁

@@chloebb4942 Hi! Sorry I'm 8 months late, but there are 7 types of concert flutes: piccolo, C flute, Alto flute, Bass flute, Contrabass flute, Subcontrabass flute, and Doublecontrabass flute. The last 3 are extremely rare to find, and the C flute is probably the most common one, so if you're considering starting the flute, definitely go with C flute. I hope this helped!
