I loved it! After going through Covid and working in healthcare, I really appreciated it all.
I like how I watch his gameplay of custom made plagues, but then I start vanilla plague on medium and I get my ass wiped by scientists and their cure. Practice makes perfect, I guess...
Edit: OMG, someone should make a plague which transforms all languages to latin, that would be cool.

i doubt its good to make a scenario that covers such little space, even if you were to make it you'd have to delete america from the map due to it being canonically destroyed

I take Latin in my high school because I’m interested in the culture, and I like science, and also I DON’T HAVE TO SPEAK IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE.

Oh, and by the way, Pravus...you’re not ‘stupid’ or anything just because you don’t understand medical terminology. To be honest, you’re one of the best strategists I know, and I watch a LOT of strategy game videos. *You’re fantastic! Never forget that!*
Oh, also! Learning how to pronounce Latin is actually pretty simple (at least for modern Latin roots in other languages). There are two rules!
1) Everything is hard (no ‘j’ sound from a ‘g’, no ‘s’ sound from a ‘c’, etc).
2) Everything is pronounced (well, almost everything). There are no consonant-consonant or consonant-vowel diphthongs. There are TWO exceptions.
Exception 1) ‘ae’ is pronounced with a long ‘I’ sound (like in ‘fry’). Get used to this: there are a LOT of ‘ae’-ending words (first declension nominative plural ends in ‘ae’, and nominative, as it’s the case of the subject of a sentence, is most often the part that is used for English words).
Exception 2) ‘oe’ is pronounced with a long ‘E’ sound (like in ‘tree’), but it rarely comes up. It is usually written with just an ‘e’.
A word like ‘scienciae’ (meaning ‘of knowledge’, ‘to knowledge’, or ‘knowledges’, it’s where we get the word ‘science’) is pronounced ‘SKEE-ehn-kee-eye’.

Whoever did this mod clearly has an undergrad degree in biology they felt the need to flaunt... too bad they didn't translate any of that biology knowledge into tooltips that have anything to do with game mechanics.

@@mitch9224 I'd recommend formatting descriptions as "Medical Terminology (Brief Game-play Description)" rather than just "Medical terminology" so that we understand what we're doing rather than just stumbling through.
