Wow bro i never can win the mode shadow plague

It's a foolproof strategy
do NOT pick up shadow blessing at the start, just max out blood rage, and take out the templar, make sure your vampire doesn't die
then, you need to make at least 6 lairs for your vampire, to give your plague bonuses in hot, cold, and rich countries
place your lairs (if you wanna follow my video) in Central Africa, Canada, Brazil, China, Poland, and Australia
then, sit, and pop bubbles, and build up around 350-400 DNA
pick up shadow blessing, pick up all of your abilities for heat, drug, and cold resistance
pick up all the abilities for your vampire to infect people
and make sure you have your bat abilities maxed out, so that you can teleport to your lairs
max out on droplets, fomites, and air and sea travel
and then pick up shadow slaves
teleport to lairs, and kill labs as they come up, killing them will set back cure progress
and that's it
getting a 2nd vampire is optional
as long as you're careful, this works on Mega Brutal with no genes, and you can get you 4 stars
