  • With grass and weeds taking over my parking area, it was time for the stone to take back its glory. In this video I show how I resurfaced my parking area and created a new parking space near my sawmill with surplus stone.

Looking good! Our driveway here is always a challenge, especially the approach to the house that washes out when we get a downpour... --- Thought of your mini-ex project this week as I've got the neighbors 50G here to move some dirt for our upcoming shop floor!

I saw you had cleared everything out of the shop and insulation ready to go down. Exciting! What a big difference that'll be to have a much bigger place to work, and not have to try to move cars up and down the hill to work on them. Can't wait to see how it turns out. Have fun in the mini-X.

I seem to remember you grading your driveway before in a video awhile ago that did not go well. Not sure if it was the same box you used awhile back but i think you have it figured out.
    Great job!

Yes. Logically, what I did this time didn't make any sense. But, the results show for themselves. I think it just requires continuous adjusting of the angle based on the material you're moving, what's underneath, and if you're using the tines or not. I saw one video where they had a hydraulic top-link, which they kept adjusting as they went along to get the desired results. Maybe that's the key..
