I have the same 9 fan setup but in the P600S case instead and only using artic P14 PWM fans (the exact same as the 3 included with the AIO).
I have all my fans set to 25% as default, and plugged to the CPU header. And its very rarely needed to ramp signifigantly higher.
I often forget my PC is running, because its so silent, the 420 artic AIO is imo extremely underrated for a noise optimized build, and it makes me glad to see other reccomending it.

I'm using it with a Fractal Torrent (it does fit in the front).m with six fans. One bank using CPU temp, the other for the system GPU. Each bank capable of cooling the CPU & system on their own or both together under stress (or need to clean the filter.
I've never had such a quiet computer, and I'm using two GPUs. With an overclocked 5900x (4.7ghz all core 1300rpm fans, 4.5ghz 900rpm/ silent).

My build is mainly used for editing but I also web browse, Will you use your build for anything else? Also, the 4070 should more than enough regarding gpu usage. I learned by doing. As @technotice mentioned there are creator mobos that include 3 months free for Adobe software. And davinci resolve is free to download so that would allow you to learn or experiment ahead of time.

I like it (using 3x m.2s, 2x GPUs & can still add 2x m.2 via PCIe). It's a good board, my biggest gripe is Gigabyte's RGB software. Also, the PCH runs a little hot (can hit 80c) but it's doing a lot of work.
