Bentancur's mistakes single handedly cost Juve in UCL against Porto. That midfield of Ramsey-Bentancur-Rabiot-Bernerdeschi was so bad. McKenny was having a on and off season too. The team were full of back pass merchants. Even Ronaldo sometimes dropped down deep into midfield just to engage but the toothless midfield and defense of finished Sandro, Cuadrado along with Danilo didn't even help. Ronaldo chose a sunken ship.

Ronaldo will always be my favorite player ever. I don’t care if he has one Ballon D’ore less than Messi. He IMO is the GOAT FOR ALL TIME! He strives for perfection and domination and it’s sad that he left Real Madrid for Juve and ManU, which haven’t been great in the UCL. Juve was the only club to win the Scudeto, which is nice, but CR7 wants another UCL trophy. Anything else will not suffice.

Ronaldo was made for Madrid. A club that’s willing to do everything physically and financially to build a winning team and made a club with a winners mentality. People never seem to realize that Real Madrid team wasn’t only about Ronaldo. Ever player in that team was arguably the best in their position at the time and all at their prime.
