Thank you! For now we drive there 3 times a year. We try to optimize the amount of time by connecting our vacations to various holidays like Easter or Christmas, and also we work from there for as long as we can. In total we stay there for about 10 weeks a year.
Kids never can seat next to the driver. They must be at the back seats of the car tied with the safe belt. Also never we plant trees next to the house. Trees must be planted at least 3-4 meters away from the building, because the roots destroy the base of the building. Also you must take off the wild plants around your property and spray them with a "vatoktono" as we call that chemical in Greece 🇬🇷
Is it a specific Greek law? It's allowed to put a child seat there in Germany, that's why there is an Isofix mount on the front passenger seat, thus there is no need to use a normal seat belt.

No, unfortunately not. We need to solve visa issues for that since we're not EU citizens and we need to stay in the country we work at.
