You always apologize for the way you do things. No apology is needed. I appreciate that you emphasize that we don't need to copy you but your way is the perfect way to get started and give us uncreative folk a place to start. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" I have learned that I need "specifics" to get started and as I do things one way, I'm more able to develop my own preferences. I've never thought of myself as a creative person but watching you (and some of the others from PMAS) I'm definitely copying, learning, and creating my own way of doing things. I'm way off of perfection but I'm learning to leave perfection behind, try new things, think outside the box - and I'm having a blast. Love the new color combo and can't wait to play this weekend (with my Grandkids!). This background is amazing and the "sacrificial sheet" ain't too shabby either!! TFS ❤❤❤

The page is definitely "olde worlde" yet modern.
I kept thinking the damask stencils in whitr seemed so bright and quite happy you pulled out the mesh. Beautifully blended.

Hi Ceri! Another great piece of art! I loved the first layer and how it looked when you rolled it on….and of course every layer after was just as beautiful. I was worried about the gold, but you made it go. I’m a silver girl if I have my choice. I was gold though when I was younger, now I almost hate it. Your work and methodical thinking always fascinates me. I hope to be as good as you someday.

Love how this turned out! I think I need to get a diamond stencil like that... thinking it would be cool to use the gel plate like a stamp through it and then move the stencil over a wee bit and stamp again and repeat a few times so the diamonds have a multi colored shadow effect. Glad u came back to finish watching! Thanks for the inspiration!

I just want to get my plates out and play. Two of my favorite colors. Yup, tomorrow, I play. Thanks for the inspiration. Quite a lot of the time, my clean up sheets are very much worth being better. Probably because I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t think about placement or color combinations.

Good topic Ceri, I remember coming unstuck with a parking sign that said vehicles accepted, and I got promptly told to move by a parking guy that I was not supposed to park there and I figured whoever made the sign was meant to put excepted and not accepted, interestingly I did hear that brain size has decreased since all the technology has been introduced. Also another topic, my son was commenting that no one wears colourful clothes anymore, and then I noticed most cars are black, white or silver/gray where I live (except mine) so I thought that might be an interesting topic, are we as a people less colourful than we used to be.
