- Another mass make project that will give you a lovely selection of generic ephemera options.
IMPORTANT: If you choose to copy or photograph your masterboard don't forget there is copyrite involved in the wash tape designs, do not breach copy rite.
Happy Crafting

❤ I do love watching your masterboard process and seeing what you make with them!
Thank you so much
Lovely! I need to start using my washi and not keep saving it "for when I need it."
If you use it you can always get more.
Im definitely using up my glue sticks that were lost and forgotten since I found you. When I smoosh the credit card over the glued image, I pretend I’m you!!
Lol....thank you Lisa
Hi Ceri! Lol... I was lulled watching you collage with no sound and you spoke and I jumped right out of my skin! Lol... another beautiful project!
Thank you and sorry for making you jump, I don’t know how to add copyrite free music when speeding up footage.
@@CeriGriffiths oh its fine... I was just watching so knightly I guess...lol😆
This the loveliest master board I've seen.
Clever idea to use Washi tape for a master board! Thanks for sharing! 😃
You’re welcome Elaine
I like the idea of tearing a piece into 3 pieces. It seems easier to spread the colors more evenly that way. This is very pretty.
Thank you Ann.
A fun and relaxing activity - thank you for sharing.
You’re welcome.
I played the game "Where will Ceri stick that" during the silent piece of the video. I was right only about 60% of the time. Usually I run a lot higher than that! Now to pull out my horde of Washi and get gluing!
Have fun Susan.
Great idea to make a Washi Masterboard with a limited color pallet! Your cut up samples are simply stunning!
🧚🦋🦋🦋💐🌸🌷💐
Thank you
Ceri, everything you create is a masterpiece :)))
Amazing!
Thank you! 😊
I love these Ceri. I have loads of almost empty rolls, what a great way to use them in. Thank you.
Thank you and have fun with it.
This is wonderful. So quick and easy. Love, love your choices of Washi..old and victorian. Thanks for sharing, Ceri!
Thank you so much Daphne
You made me smile as your master board came together, it looked so pretty, and I am very inspired to go play, but I must sleep otherwise I'll be a mess tomorrow.
Have fun When you get time to play.
This is such a great idea. Definitely doing this. I’ve got a list of things you’ve inspired me to try! Thanks:)
Have fun creating.
Ooh, you've got me so excited to play & create some fun masterboards. Cheers, Ceri. I so appreciate the inspiration you share with us.
You are so welcome, thank you
Great idea to make the corner trimming template!
TFS. Just lovely.
Thank you! 😊 Nancy
Never seen anyone do a washi tape master board. Fabulous idea. Now you have me a good reason to buy more tape. Ha ha..only bought a few packages at Dollar store or Tuesday Morning store, which is a ( discount brand name store)in the United States couple years ago. I watch for Tim Holtz craft items.
I’m with you Linda I’m always on the watch for Tim Holtz on offer.
Am I ever glad I stumbled across your video. I have an entire shoebox of lovely Washi tape just sitting, but not after watching this video. Tomorrow I will be making Washi masterboards with great enjoyment. Thank you so much! I have subscribed and am now going to check out your Etsy store.
Thank you and welcome. Have fun with your Washi .
This is a great idea for something to do when you don’t feel like getting a lot of papers out or only have a limited time to craft. Also, you could do it to quickly build up some pieces for your ephemera pile and use up washi that only have a little left on the role. Thanks for the tutorial. : )
Good ideas.
Very cool. TFS. Hope you have a great day. 🌞
Every video you teach me something useful and new!
I’m pleased that I can gift you inspiration
TFS! Hugs from South Dakota, USA. 🤗
You are so welcome Geri
Always love a good mass making, and this one is really good! Never thought of using my washi like that, thank you! 😊
Thank you, I love my Washi.
I love this so much! Love using up scraps on master boards but never thought of this! Thank you!
You are so welcome
Ceri, You are the "Henry Ford of mass making faux stamps!" I love it! I just found you, new subscriber here.👌🐘🦀
Thank you Kim and welcome.
I love the idea of a washi master board! Your washi is so pretty. I love your using the credit card to form a tag, I’m stealing that idea!
Thank you Karen, the credit idea isn’t mine but I’ve no idea who first did it as I’ve done it for years so it must be an old idea.
Excellent idea/video I can’t believe I never thought of washi tape master board. Everyone probably has tons of it (myself included)👍👍❤️
I love Washi and use it whenever I can, it’s a great product.
This is so beautiful I love these colors
Thank goodness Lynne
Master boards/serendipity boards/spreads are great fun for I use papers, paints, spreads, stamps of all kinds. For card backgrounds such as thank you or birthday, it comes to gather quickly. The Washi Tape Shop has fabulous ones.
Thank you for the advise I’ll take a look.
Great idea! I have a little booklet of hundreds of very small but pretty vellum-type pics and wasnt sure what to do with them - now I know...Thanks.
Great idea for washi tape! TFS
Love&hugs to you & Biscuit
You’re welcome, hugs back from both of us.
Perfect! I needed a way and a reason to use of the hoarded washi! 🤣 💙
Fabulous
Ceri, this was gorgeous ! If this was a paper pad I would buy a ton of it. Really never thought about using washi..:) going thru all your mass making videos and have learned so much. I like hearing you talk ! Your witty. :) hugs
Thank you I’m happy they helped.
Just stumbled across this today and I thought "great, something to justify my guilty pleasure of buying washi tape"!
I found that although you say you don't think much about what you do exactly, you obviously have a system in your system 🙂. Because somehow, I ended up with lots of little awkward places which still needed covering. I also saw that obviously, I don't have enough wide washi.
In the end, I was quite pleased with my A4 page, which is going to be cut up into card fronts and some smaller bits and pieces (I'm not a journal person, but your ideas and techniques work well for me).
I have to say that I never really saw the possibilities of Washi as you are working with it, the sheerness of it has often aggravated me rather than making me happy, that changed tonight!
Stefanie, I do collect a variation in widths and it does help. I don’t knowingly have a system however because I’m a bit OCD my brain automatically sorts things into an order without me knowing. I use master boards for so many things and yes card toppers is one of them.
Very pretty! You have a great eye for placement and of course color! Enjoyed watching, Thank You :)
You’re welcome.
Excellent idea Ceri! Thank you!
You’re welcome.
Gorgeous selection of washi tape; beautiful layout!

Thank you.
I like this idea, I need some small tags, a lot of them actually and this is an amazing way to get that done. Thank you, thank you.
You’re welcome
This is great Ceri, I knew I should have purchased some washi tape, lol. I just have one tube of Tim holtz.
Maybe when you next get the chance to shop check out the Washi selection, even better if it’s on bargain.
