how to make cake with ANY tea | molly baz teacake recipe

This tea cake is one of the simplest and tastiest recipes I have on hand at all times. You can make this tea cake with any type of tea, but my favorites are jasmine, earl gray, and thai tea. You can eat this tea cake as for breakfast, lunch, dessert, a snack, where you so please! This is a riff off Molly Baz's recipe, so give her all the credit for this amazing recipe. I did make some adjustments that you can find in the video!

//Ingredients
3/4 cup vegetable oil
250 g all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Diamond Crystal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 large eggs
250 g granulated sugar
1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
3 tbsp thai tea leaves (or your favorite tea)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp Raw Sugar
