Ray, I have done manual layout and used a drill press to drill the holes. This allowed me to drill perpendicular to the surface but all of this is very time consuming. This jig looks great and is less expensive than most Kreg products. Thanks for the video

It works really well. I don’t know the answer about the metric system. I have to say, I think the metric system is superior to imperial. It’s just difficult to make the conversion in the US. Thanks for the comment!

Are the holes for the screws always the same no matter which brand concealed hinge you get?

Sorry, I don’t know the answer to that. Bigger hinges may have bigger holes.

Nice video, but this is just part of the process. I've watched many videos about this jig and NO one talks about the other important part of the hinge, mounting the other half in your cabinet properly. It's like a half solution. :(
