She's worried about her G'mother's safety she also said she wants her younger sibling's taken away by CPS because of her Mother's neglect..
In this case it's obvious the children will be the victims of the mothers actions

I do believe as in the case with Kendra, charges of child endangerment. She should be court ordered to review the bodycams prior to her arraignment hearing and have to write an affidavit explaining her actions. If no admittance of substance abuse AND want of help. CHARGE HER! It may be the best way to help all parties involved.

Kendra's older Daughter and her sister didn't act terrible either.. Her Daugter was upset while telling the Cop's her Mom repeatedly gets drunk & threatens to kill her G'mother..
