    "You have this book that's a literary miracle from someone who has no literary background." Excellent point, masha Allah!
    Allah says in Sura Ankabut in verse 48:
    "Neither did you (O Muhammad ) read any book before it (this Qur'an), nor did you write any book (whatsoever) with your right hand. In that case, indeed, the followers of falsehood might have doubted."

    I am so humbled by the character of Professor Farrin, who has spent most of his life studying Arabic and Qur'an in such depth. He has so much Kho`shoo in his words and in his character and I believe Allah enters hearts who has khoshoo. I just would like to criticise the poor filming and leading of this interesting discussion, which had framed the brother along with the speaker all through the discussion! which was quite unnecessary . Not to be pessimistic too much, I wanted to thank whoever has prepared and published this valuable discussion.

    I love new reverts.
    I love how humble he is.
    We might think we're better than them because we were there first.
    But I think some of those reverts understand Islam more deeply than most of us

    Alhamdulillah this thought came to me in namaz. But the Quran is similar to the process of life where all these challenges and tests are given to us (sometime we understand why and sometimes we don’t) but eventually it all comes together to teach us and make us better.

    I love how he says this is an early study but I am totally fascinated by it. That is after he studied for years, then wrote a book which probably took years, learned the Classical Arabic. Muslim Arab speakers should be ashamed!

      Project Manager Lead SEO why should they feel ashamed? Arabs are the ones who truly understand the linguistic miracles of Quran as it is in their rhetoric

    • @tdsdave
      @tdsdave Před 7 lety +3

      Classical Arabic is not modern Arabic. The earliest written forms of the Qu'ran lacked several features you find in more mature written languages , these versions lacked diacritical marks. So no vowels etc. The lack of these leads to ambiguity and the addtion of them can have radically alter the meaning of the text

    • @exzoro8193
      @exzoro8193 Před 7 lety

      tdsdave Classical arabic (quranic arabic) was derived from the translation of qeryan (syriac lectionary, a form of condensed bible, of Syrian christians) into Arabic qur'an. Quranic arabic (again, classical Arabic) was nothing but Arabic bible for arabic christians of syro-palestine regions.

    • @tdsdave
      @tdsdave Před 7 lety +1

      Thanks for the info.. I read somewhere that some of the early Persians Muslims basically designed the language around the text, with some great difficulty, there are "no errors" because errors became by definition the grammar.

    • @sugetsumillenium2112
      @sugetsumillenium2112 Před 7 lety

      tdsdave not quite, modern Arabic is identical to classical Arabic. Because classical Arabic has rhetoric and other sciences. If one studies Arabic they will find not think there are different

    I would aslo like to add something to ayat alkursi. Aside from its contingent textual phenomenon, it also has a numerical one, which is the exact relationship the versus have with each other, for example, verse 1 and verse 9 add up to 10, also, verse 2 and 8, 3 and 7, 4 and 6. Then you are left with 5 at the center. If you sum these numbers up you will get 45 which 4 plus 5 goes back to 9. Sub7anallahh.

      How is 9 significant in your disposition?

    • @truezikovoice
      @truezikovoice Před 3 měsíci

      @@rashidlukanga3923 9 is the end of the chain. After 9, you start the loop over again with the decimal moved over. 1,2,3,...9 then 10 which is zero, then 11, which is 1 with the decimal moved over. Idk how much information you have but i would go watch the number 19 documentary. 19 is a special number in the quran and it discribes one of allahs names in mathmatics. As the first and last. 1 is the first and 9 is the last, and In-between, lies all the other numbers. It encompasses everything. The first number is 1, and if you keep counting the last number would have to be 9 considering before you move the decimal, it's alwayse 9.

    I was going to use this video as a reference, but it was ruined at the end. The "mathematical" miracles thing is nonsense. The one about words having the same number with their opposite and whatnot. The math was done and it's not true. We don't need this kind of thing to prove the miraculous nature of the Qur'an. One needs to be careful with these things as they can backfire badly.

      @Hussain Mahmood Mohammad Hijab says most of those numerical/mathematical miracles are not consistent. Only the Adam/Isa mentioned 25 times is apparently the only consistent one. Refer to this: czcams.com/video/790h0ZP_g7o/video.html

      I don’t know where you got the shaytaan part. The shaytaan is on earth. Iblis was in the garden with Adam and shaytaan is poking around everywhere here. In fact, it prompted you to write your comment and there is even a Hadith (I believe) about them not being able to leave earths atmosphere.
      You know, who else’s gods are on earth and in fact everywhere, the Hindus. You also have that in common with the pagans. Do yourself a great favor and look up the likeness between Jesus (peace be upon him) and Mithra.
