Can’t believe this actually worked. I gave someone a jump and I guess it fried my alternator. After driving about an hour or so my lights started to dim and radio cut out. Realized the battery wasn’t getting charged. Tried this and it seriously helped me. Now I think I will be alright until my new alternator arrives. Thank You!
I've Do This Many Times Before Until I Changed My Alternator Carbon Brush... For Emergency Used, Usually It Works And Can Last For A Week Or 2... For My Alternator, Actually Carbon Brush Is Stuck And Did Not Moving Out Because Of Engine Oil Leaking And Mix With Dust... So, When I Hammered The Alternator Casing, The Carbon Will Moving Out A Bit And The Alternator Will Works Again... But After That, Must Replace Carbon Brush Or Service The Alternator... This Trick Is 80% Works For Usual Alternator Problems For An Emergency Time... :)
