Just tried this, and I can confidently say this is one of the best things i have ever made. Tried with lime juice and it was amazing. You earned a sub.

Here's to everyone's health and well-being. 🥂
Funny enough my family does sometimes similar when we are having trouble drinking water because the heat was to bad and are to dizzy. Their recipe is 1 lemon 1 tbsp salt 1 cup of water Mix and drink everything then the headache and will to drink will come 😊😊
Thank you, as someone who lives in a country with little to no energy drinks (except for somd knockoffs), i really wanted to try Gatorade or something similar out!
I bought 2 large powered Gatorade thinking that was what was missing. I about fell when I read the label. It’s basically sugar, salt, & …. red40 (the worst artificial coloring for the body). Temporarily I’m taking about a 1/8 -1/4 tsp of Celtic salt then chase it down w water. I tried adding it plain water, but I’d rather just get it over with. I’ll try yours next. How many servings did u make? Ty
Celtic salt is great for you! My hubby and I always take a pinch while waiting for our coffee to brew and chug a glass of water. The recipe in the video is for a full quart but you can adjust taste as needed. The gist was to use as natural ingredients as possible with some Redmonds (or Celtic) salt for electrolytes. Thanks for watching and commenting! 😄 God Bless!
Hi there!! Yes!! I love Celtic for so many reasons! My hubby and I take a pinch/chunk or two every morning with our raw Brazil nut (selenium). Have you watched Barbara O'Neill's video? ☺️
Sure! As long as the lemon water is to your liking! ☺️ You can even add some carbonation to it with a soda stream like I do sometimes for a little bit more fun! 🍋 🙌🤩
And for Pete's sake, only use REAL honey. Local raw honey is best. It's pretty easy to find and not THAT expensive but worth every penny. The garbage she used is just that...garbage. Single (meager) income family here...where there's a will, there's a way!!
This is very misleading. You can’t use just any old salt. It has to be unrefined salt. If you use just table salt you are going to retain water. Table salt is only sodium with added iodine.
For people who don't know. Salt gives your body the Electralites your body needs to survive.

All natural and affordable. I will use your recipe. Thank you
Hi there! Yesss!! 🙌 Change the flavors up as you wish! Enjoy! ☺️
Thats a ton of honey 😮
Ton of FAKE honey

Not as just any "salt" as i like make sure its celtic, redmond or himalayan salts that has minerals not the typical store salt just saying
So just add some water to your sugar… ok got it
Basically, lemonade without lemons and some salt and honey as the sweetener, as a single serve I could get behind it.
You rock. I have 6 kids, and this is how I'm going to start making their Gatorade
Hi there!! Yay!! Glad to help!! It's the only way we make it now!! We actually like ours with 100% lime juice too! Blessings on your day! ☺

1 lemon
1 tbsp salt
1 cup of water

Lemonade made with honey instead of sugar. Add salt.
😂😂😂

Yes!!! 🙌 Try it with different juices! We love mixed berry too! Enjoy! ☺️
2 tbsp of honey , that was about 10 tbsp 😂😂
Hi there, welp I did the "1-one thousand" method. 🫠 Definitely add the honey amount of your choice. ☺️
I mean, he’s not lying
great idea 💡👌✨

Have you heard of Celtic Salt? Wonder how that would work with your recipe..

@@christinesroutines Yes I have! I will be sure to check her out even more now Thanks again New subscriber!!!
So, lemonade...
Facts 😂 this is loaded with sugars lol
How much of this would you drink while doing a 3 or 5 day fast?? Thank-you
If you’re fasting you don’t consume sugar (honey). That would defeat the purpose of a fast
What about Potasium?
Wouldn't pasteurized lemon juice loose some of it's minerals ?? Maybe fresh lemon juice would be better ??
Ad coconut water
Use low salt it is potassium based
Cream of tartar
Time to see if I can pull this off.
No potassium chloride or magnesium glycinate. Cheap crappy Gatorade. Add potassium chloride and magnesium glycinate for a real good electrolyte drink.
I hope none of you do this with regular table salt. This is a recipe for disaster
Wow. There is no electrolytes, but a ton of suuuuugar! 🤦🏻♂️
I.prefer to use natural squeezed lemon
So half the bottle of honey?
I musy try this but whats the brand of honey??
How do I make the “ Arctic Blitz “ Flavour?
Can i just add lemon water instead of fav drink? Or just lemons
Sure! As long as the lemon water is to your liking! ☺️ You can even add some carbonation to it with a soda stream like I do sometimes for a little bit more fun! 🍋 🙌🤩
I am the 240th like
And I am sick and I really want Gatorade
Sorry to hear that!! Add some extra electrolytes to help! Feel better soon! 🙏☺️
Thank you😊❤
She said to modify it to your taste how much honey you put in is up to you

Not enough salt. A hesp of sugar from the honey. 😮
Does normal salt work? Like cooking salt 🧂
Table salt is bad for you. Use Celtic salt, Redmond Salt or Himalayan Pink salt.
@@AceCarterTheShihTzu thanks
Lost me at the globs of honey. B
Globs of FAKE** honey
Fresh fruit juice would be better, not any stored bought juice.
Is sea salt okay to use 😊
No
Hi there, I’d use Himalayan Sea salt, Redmonds, or Celtic sea salt. ☺️
What kind of salt did you use ?
Redmond mineral salt
Or sea salt
I think some cream of tartar would improve this recipe.
Wrong type of potassium
Bruh this is just lemonade
I assume the key ingredient is the salt making it an electrolyte drink.
@@pundah7084 yea but that really the only difference
@@user-be2rt6nd4k She's showing you an easy recipe for an electrolyte drink so yeah that's the only difference. The focus is on the electrolytes.
@@pundah7084 it not that hard to get electorlytes
@@pundah7084 say what u want bro
Lol
Ridiculous. Drink coconut water
