Blowing with the sensor facing up is just moving the dust, you need to have your sensor facing down to remove it. And bringing your camera to a store each time you need a wet cleaning is a pure scam in most cases, cleaning swabs and liquid are very affordable and doing it is very easy, if instructions are followed there is no risk for the sensor.
