- If you’re constipated and looking for a way to treat constipation naturally at home, you first need to understand the possible underlying constipation causes.
When trying to fix constipation, IBS, or difficulty having a bowel movement, people try all kinds of constipation remedies, possibly a constipation diet, or try to eat or avoid a specific food for constipation. Most of these options leave people with no natural constipation relief. This is because there is more than one cause for chronic constipation. Unless you learn to figure out the cause your your chronic constipation, it can be very difficult to create any type of lasting constipation improvement. It's time to stop asking Why am I so constipated, and start pooping like a champion.

Let me know what methods you've used to try and improve your chronic constipation and let me know what has created some improvement and what hasn't.
What if your gall bladder is gone
This constipation pain feels deadly. Pain in both lower abdomen and lower back. It’s painful to sit, walk and stand.
I have tried the usual methods to relive constipation such as eating different types of fiber, eating prunes, drinking sufficient amounts of water, drinking coffee and herbal teas, exercise, but to no avail. Until I read an article by this lady online who had the same problem and she mentioned that we basically lacked 2 minerals, which are Magnesium and vitamin C. You have to take both of them together. I take 2 tablets of Magnesium, 500 Mg. each with 2 tablets of vitamin C, 1000Mg. each, and the magic of relief from constipation starts to happen. You start feeling the urge to go after a few hours and then eventually relieve yourself. It really works.
Subscribed just for you using the phrase “poop like a champion”
I love your videos T.C. And I just wanted to thank you for all the time you take to help people and make us laugh at the same time. You are one of my most inspiring people in life! God bless you for your help. You have taught me more than most doctors ever have.
I really appreciate that and I'm so happy to hear that you're finding answers.
Thanks for this information. Most gastrointerologists just say take fiber, they have no idea and never discuss this. I always say GI docs are not constipated, which any constipation patient can tell by the things they say. This info about acid/alkaline is helpful.
They are like NPCs
You are so smart, I love your out the back door description 😂. Looking forward to getting more educated in your training and videos, thanks
Thank you so much!
Thank you! This has put a lot in perspective for me!
Glad it was helpful!
Just bought your book in audio and in print! 🤓
Can't wait to hear what you think!
I got your book Tony, I am on halfway and you wrote the best book about this problem
Thanks so much. Glad to hear it's helping you.
Hope this works
Thank you so much 💓 fot this fascinating and informative video. I I really want to take your 4 week course. The one problem I see, before I start, is I can't take hcl. I have tried maybe 3 different brands and each one I had sinus reaction to. I wonder 🤔 about mcas. I have celery juice which definitely helps my acid and digestion. What else would you suggest with this specif problem? X
You'll find some answers in the free course, but this podcast episode explains how the folks who have trouble when first starting HCL are often the folks who need it the most, and steps you can take: kickitnaturally.com/episode312/
Hi can you please link the hour long video here you are referring to above please?
Cuánto me gustaría que estos videos y/o sus libros estuvieran disponibles en español. Afortunadamente puedo ayudarme a entender con los subtítulos y reduciendo la velocidad a 50 para poder anotar la información. Aún así, gracias!
I think there are apps that can translate for you, but I'm not sure.
This is helpful! I never understood why I had such a bad case of it. The only thing that helped for a while was a liver cleanse formula called bupleureum Chinese blend. Then I think I overdid it and had to go back to the drawing board
Yeah @Meme Memmee , you likely are dealing with more than one possible underlying cause at the same time if it's severe. We have a new video that walks you through figuring out if you're dealing with the anabolic imbalance that I talked about in this video. You can find that here: czcams.com/video/bhYhU2_LSfM/video.html
Let us know how it goes.
hey, I have chronic constipation, and everything you told makes sense. I want to improve my bile flow with the beet flow supplement, but I can't get it online because it seems that it doesn't ship to here, I'm from Brazil. there's a way to improve bile flow even without the supplement or if I can get anything that can act similar?
Thank you 😊
You bet.
Ok usually when I blend mornings leaf and the flower together and drink it help me alot with constipation but it also cause me diarrhea sometimes . So I had to stop it 😊
Moringa
Yeah, we prefer to see people correct the underlying causes instead of just using remedies. We teach how to do that in our free digestion course.
But we always have to pay for medical information. I don't know if I will be helped, yet I have to pay regardless
does your physical book have the same contents as your ebook? Or is the ebook more up-to-date? Thanks!
I believe that are the same because Amazon prints on demand.
what are your thoughts about digestive bitters to help bile flow and constipation?
Try em. If they’re not strong enough maybe try Tudca & castor oil heat packs
What if i find only undigested vegetables în my stool? What that means? Still need betaine hcl or only digestive enzymes? Thank you
Please do a video on pharmaceutical drug induced constipation (a family member has been told they must be on these meds and one of the side effects is constipation).
HI kamran, when I've worked with clients who have dealt with this, they were still able to create improvement by taking the steps we talk about in this video. They may just sometimes need to be a little more aggressive since the meds can be powerful.
@@KickItNaturally great, thank you for the reply and useful info. Glad I found your channel. 🙂
You bet.
Thanks a lot! But how do you deal with constipation and low stomach acid along with an ulcer? Then acid supplementation would be undesirable I guess. What’s the alternative?
You're right. My ulcer led me to dr. Berg channel. Heal the ulcer before acidifying the stomach. Briefly - dies is very limited until the ulcer heals. Think cabbage, broccoli sprouts, and organic, grass-fed beef (for the nutrients i.e. zinc carnosine).
Great information. Knowing my own body, it now makes sense why I pee so much. The water isn't going to my bowels like it should and instead I have to pee very often. So what do I do to "divert" the water and get to a catabolic state?
Also looking for this in the book, seemed like it would cover this.
HCL before you eat. Get your stomach acidic
I heard take 1 or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before each meal

I had sibo which was treated with antibiotics then developed mild Gastroparesis. Sibo was negative after the treatment. I am now diabetic with A1c of 6.5, and my sugar stays good when bowels move. Dr prescribed me low dose erythromycin at night as a prokinetic which is helping me a bit with constipation. But my bloating and belching still continues. Now I think maybe I have low HCL. Does erythromycin increase acidity like beta one HCL? I want to try betain HCL and see how that goes. What is your non medical opinion? Thank you!
Now I know my bodys putting more water in kidneys not my intestines. How do I fix it!?😢

is the same info in the book as well as the course?
With the digestion course, pretty much. Some people just learn better with the visuals. We have a much more advanced course for health professionals here as well: wordstospare.samcart.com/products/bio-i-membership-annual-pay-470/
@@KickItNaturally thanks, finding this info really super helpful for myself, and as an ex gastrocolorectal nurse did not learn any of these things as well as from any health professionals i have seen so thank you!
How do you feel about taking Psyllium regularly or taking Milk of magnesia regularly?
Those definitely help to clean you out but what about the long term effects?
Which minerals is needed to make stomach acid?
Chloride and zinc are big players there, but when minerals are low in general (Uusually due to poor digestion), it can make it hard for the body to do all the things it needs to do.
Should I introduce HCL if I have a hiatal hernia?
It can sometimes help, but if a person doesn't improve the hernia, it can also magnify reflux symptoms. These two videos explain: czcams.com/video/zHz0WGYS0sU/video.html

i can poop without help no urge to have a bowel movement can you help me?
Does this become poor during menopause ?
I had a HIDA scan and my gallbladder is slow. So many doctors and so unhelpful to help me. I’m in constant pain upper left side under rib. So many scans and MRIs …
And … I hope watching many of your videos help

How do we know how much acid we must have
It will depend on how much the body is making on it's own. Our totally free digestion course walks you through figuring that out. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
How much acid does a stomach needs to make to be acidic enough? I take 6 650hcl with pepsin and still having constipation. I also supplement with enzymes 4 capsules with HCL taken mid meal. Is the pepsin the issue here????
HI Stephanie, I can't give specific advice like that here. But your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. It could be more than just low HCL causing your constipation, or you could have a bacterial overgrowth reducing the acidify of the stomach. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
Come back and let us know how it goes.
@@KickItNaturally I do have a bacterial overgrowth actually. I’ve been battling candida. I have thrust on my tongue and the back of my throat. Doesn’t matter how much HCL I take I constantly have gas a few hours after eating. I do take oregano and garlic for it. I’m not eating sugar nor carbs. Eating lots of greens. I will try the bile flow suggestion. I just ordered it.
I have to take around that amount too. Sometimes it seems to help, other times not.
@@stephaniecatena7966 how are you now
What if you had your gall bladder taken out? They said I didn't need it I had stones when I was 16 and they took it out. I've had stomach aches side aches and problems ever since .. I'm 30 now

funny thing is i think i have acid reflux due to low stomach acids, and my doc prescribed me omeprazole which is going to make me produce even less acid. needless to say i didnt take the omeprazole.
This is a pretty common thing that we hear from people.
I tried HLC Doesn't work for me
NOt sure what you mean, but we see that in a lot of cases, the people who need HCl the most, will have the hardest time starting it. We explain why in this podcast episode: kickitnaturally.com/episode312/
Sometimes I have constipation for 2-3 days and next 2-3 weeks it' gone and my defacation is normal and its starts again. What do you think about the microbiom test from stool Can be useful and can tells something why constipation happens repetitively?
Our new video on fixing chronic constipation could give insights: czcams.com/video/ALXsIqtqUHQ/video.html
I think you're on to something with getting dehydrated at night leading to constipation (too catabolic?) Maybe dimming the lights and taking it easy a few hours before bed helps, or maybe I should drink more water throughout the night.
But then you'll be up pissing all night 🤷
It's less about dehydration in most cases and more about where the body is sending water. I talk about it more in this video: czcams.com/video/UYWYd1xHnfY/video.html
I have constipation
Yeah, some folks deal with chronic constipation for years or decades. But if you work to correct the actual underlying cause for you, you can really turn it around and correct it for life. Our totally free digestion course will walk you through how to figure out what is causing YOUR constipation so you can fix it. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
Let us know how it goes.
1● Drink 1tbsp apple cider vinger + 1 pint water.
2● Drink 1 pint electrolytes mix, like Gatorade.
3● Drink 1 cup of coffee or tea, however you prefer to take it.
4● 💩
This is advice that works for about 2 out of 100 people with constipation issues. And for some causes of constipation, ACV and gatorade can actually make it worse.
Wow
Your gun show game seven years ago was strong 💪🏻
My constipation is next level. Going to the toilet every second. + my body has constant neurological stabbing pains all over so I constantly have to get up/move/stretch etc.
Im trying to be active/keep warm/do minor exercises in my room.
Because where i live (Australia) has disgusting cold weather. So theres no point of even going outside
Bundle up and get to enjoy hiking in nature. I got all the warm stuff- good lined hiking boots, merino wool base layer, snow pants, a warm hat, ski gloves . I read hiking gear articles on what to wear. I am warm. I also got a fur scarf from a thrift shop. It's so warm and soft. Start walking and you will be warm. Now you have a year round activity that's free and accessible any where any time and you see animals, get fresh air and sun. Sleep better stay lean, strengthen your bones, so many benefits! It's fun too! I would go exploring. I drive around keep my eyes open for stands of trees and interesting looking places to explore. It's an adventure! I found nature preserves, cemeteries, woods, trails, abandoned buildings, abandoned insane asylum! I see deer all the time. I see raccoons, birds, squirrels, poor abandoned cats- I feed, make friends. In the city- I found the insane asylum and the nature preserve in the middle of stores and apartments. It's small but secluded enough to have lots of deer. Look up trails near me on Google. Look up cemeteries near me- fascinating places, bottle dumps, I found old antique bottles, an antique Wicker Baby Carriage, mica rocks that sparkle, really cool pieces of bark and wood, I use for decor. It's so fun. In summer I wear hiking sandals - chaos. I've had 4 years and still 👍 great. Or ride bike around a pretty town, that's fun too but you need weight bearing exercise for strengthening your bones
Chacos
Take apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon before meals, drink 7-8 glasses water every day eat mostly fruits and vegetables raw. Find new ways to make. Smoothies Re great. So is a plate of cut up raw in season fruit. Or vegetables. I use marzetties dill dip for my vegetables and put a squeeze of lemon or lime and sprinkle of salt!😋
