Wow, this is the best video I've seen on servicing the clutch! Very thorough and easy to follow.
I recently serviced mine because when I ride down chunky terrain the chain falls a few gears. I did grease it as you described essentially after watching a park tool video and for 2-3 rides the clutch did better, however it reoccurred. Maybe I have to adjust the clutch? I'll refer to that video. Please advise if you have other suggestions. Thanks!

Can I use premium green grease on the shadow rd +??
hello, which grease do you use on the clutch? unfortunately In my country i can't found Y04121000 (shimano dealer's manual). Thank You.
Hi, and thanks for your question. A lithium grease is a good alternative for lubricating the clutch.
What do you think is the best grease to use for shimano derailleur clutch ?
Hi, and thanks for your question. Shimano recommends to use either the grease for Shadow Plus Rear Derailleur - Y04121000 or Shimano gear hub grease. I hope this helps
