    Great video and beautiful bike. I especially like the seat. What colors did you choose for the seat and which stitch color. Thank you. Keep up the great videos

    With regard to your comments about your wrist angle, can I ask how tall are you, what’s your arm length and shoulder width?

    • @chasingtrail
      @chasingtrail  Před 6 měsíci

      6'1" tall, 24.5" arms, 44.25" chest. Those are the measurements I have that I took for jackets, hope it helps.

    What length rear shocks did you go with?

    How wide are those bars from bar end to bar end?

    • @chasingtrail

      33" www.fxrdivision.com/handlebars/fxr-division-streetwitch-bars-for-street-glide-models

      if you wouldn't mind taking a tape measure to it i would appreciate it. I know the site says "33" but my dominators bars actually measure 33 inches and they are way wider

      @@konrad1101 I would but I no longer have the bike. On a CVO Pan America now.

    Why do people call adding aftermarket parts on a bike, a build? You customized your bike, like everyone else. Not being negative, but we’re not builders.

    • @chasingtrail
      @chasingtrail  Před 5 měsíci

      Semantics. It's become the common nomenclature for customizing your bike.

    • @freebehindbars8654
      @freebehindbars8654 Před 5 měsíci +1

      @@chasingtrail I understand is used commonly, doesn’t change the fact we’re not building anything. It went from customizing to building. Everyone with an air cleaner and slip ons calls it a build. lol just busting your balls.

    • @chasingtrail
      @chasingtrail  Před 5 měsíci +1

      @@freebehindbars8654 That's fair, and it's all good lol. I've done a lot of "builds" now and I'm actually trying to get away from that and trying to get a bike that is as close to what I want from the factory with minimal modifications desired. I've broken even on a couple of the bikes I modded out but generally speaking I lose a lot of money on all those accessories and I go through a lot bikes. The problem is I have a lot of fun doing it. Expensive hobby I guess.

      @@chasingtrail Definitely gets expensive. But nothing like having a bike setup perfectly for your needs. After bars, exhaust, cleaner, the cam is the next and most impactful thing I do. These motors really wake up pushing more air.

    Great build. I have the ST also and I see your oil cooler fins look to have road film on them. I was worried about a rock or something hitting the radiator because of the chopped fender so I got Part Number: 25700634 Oil Cooler Cover Kit - Gloss Black. Also the shift linkage can sometimes POP-OUT, so I installed the shift rod also, Round Custom Gear Shift Linkage Color: Gloss Black Part Number: 33600259.

      Awesome, thank you for providing those part numbers, I appreciate it!
