Guilliani should really rewatch that scene in My Cousin Vinny. First of all, the witness guessed four fingers, not three. Second of all, the point Vinny made wasn't that he was too far away for anyone to see (after all, the judge could see his fingers just fine). @Daniel James He was only acquitted because the senate didn't reach its 2/3rds majority (voting 57 in favour, needed 67 to pass.) How can inflation be compared to undermining the very fabric of US democracy. Inflation isn't just due to Biden's polices either. We do have a war on with sanctions etc. Furthermore both Trump and biden have increased spending which contributes to inflation. I live in Ireland and I can tell you inflation is happening everywhere unfortunately so again not wholly on Biden like you claim either. LOL the court document ACTUALLY had "Frankenstein's monster" written in it.
Ikr?
Mustafa, when I heard that term "Frankenstein's monster" by Judge Brann a week ago or so, I loved it. It gave me the laugh of the day. Hearing it again in this video was very rewarding. Talking about how they stitched Frankenstein together comparing it to Rudy and his team's haphazard case. That labeling by a court is probably the best quote ever with these ridiculous lawsuits! Lol!
And a dash of alchemy. These judges have to be loving their positions rn. These will probably be famous in legal circles for a hundred years.
"no way it really said that?!"
"yep"
Its really important they word these decisions in a way anyone can understand what the problem is so that's what they've been doing.
@@R1ckr011 God. Imagine the textbooks about 2020. It's gonna be wild.
Rudy Giuliani hasn't been in federal court since 1992 because I was born in 1993. He's too scared to return.
It still infuriates me that state republicans tried to sue because they were upset that democrats followed the law allowing ballot curing while republican counties refused to do it.
The fact that we have to tolerate this from the same party who keep saying "facts don't care about your feelings" is what's so maddening about modern politics.
"But we said YOUR feelings, specifically yours! OUR feelings are a different thing entirely!!!"
Also the party of "Hearsay evidence is worthless garbage, where's your proof" and the party of "drain the swamp/lock her up..."
Oh, also the party of "for the children..." "...family values..."
Okay but that "walking into rakes" reference was GOLDEN.
I can 100% imagine trump and rudy making that "mugrh" noise at every wall they hit 🤣
Sorry, I can't imagine them having an understated reaction to something like that. It'd be more in line with a Three Stooges sketch.
I was waiting for the Sideshow Bob clip. XD
Garret LeBuis my thoughts exactly. Bob’s response was understated, the reaction of an intelligent man to a primitively comical situation. Drumpf and Ghouliani couldn’t muster that sort of subtle comedy.
The thing is, Trump isn’t stupid, he KNOWS he lost and he knows he can’t win, he is just throwing a tantrum and mucking everything up because he CAN.

Make sure you get at least half in advance. Trump is stiffing Giuliani on that bill.
It's hilarious how the claims fall apart as soon as they are under oath.
Not even fall apart, a lot of them just never even get brought up. It's like hearing your friend talk about how they're going to kick someone's ass when they see them, then you're just watching them the whole time and they never say a word to them.
No it isn't. The Republican party feels entitled to hold office without actually doing the work and putting forth the policies to get elected. We need to stop laughing and hold them accountable.
@Greg David Let’s see the Trump team actually use this supposed evidence in court. If it’s really as solid as they claim there should be no problems right?
@Greg David This isn’t evidence. It’s just links to news reports and CZcams videos.

A pole watcher sounds like a profession. Like you have the profession of paying pole dancers or maybe you are the care taker of the pole after each dance.... wow. A very serious job.
Or like a spotter for pole dancers. Some of those moves can be dangerous!
Old-timey circuses used to hire them to keep an eye on the poles in the big top, to make sure they weren't going to break or tip over and bring the tent down.
A critic who writes articles about good or bad poke dancers
Ah, Pole watching. That solemn duty and sacred responsibility - we must be ever vigilant, lest the Polish people invade while our guard is down.
I haven't seen this version of interpretation, as a European, I agree, we need to watch the Poles closely.
All the places to pole watch are currently shut down here in Vegas.

it's nuts that a channel dedicated to explaining how being a lawyer works has 1.5 million subscribers. a testament to how well of a job you're doing

Its not nuts. The court room drama has been a genre of fiction long before this channel existed. The news makes sure that everyone knows that litigation is something important and serious that people should have opinions on. So there is a built in audience for legal edutainment.

As it turned out... Giuliani did get stiffed on that 20k per day bill.
My favorite part is when they all thought they were going to change the very meaning of reality in one election cycle and instead executed a complete fail.
As many have pointed out, they admit there's no conspiracy and now evidence of a conspiracy whenever they are in court where there are serious consequences for lying.
As I thought would happen, Sydney Powell is being sued by Dominion. For more than a billion!
Looking over this clip from about a year ago, given the current context and new information which has sutfaced, I object to the thesis of this video.
I dont think that any attempt was made to win the case at all, but rather the intent was to lose the case. Persuasion was not the goal at all, but rather the goal was to motivate citizens who would not be persuaded that the election was not rigged by any argument whatsoever. The losses of all these cases was intended to paint a picture that there was no recourse to be had in the courts and by legal means, and therefore the naked use of force was the only remedy to an "unfair" situation which was an invented fiction perpetrated deliberately by the Trump legal team.
In effect, by disenfranchising their own voters, they invented a fiction, held it as an alibi to the truth, and incited their own voters into a violent insurrection. An Insrrection which, if successful, would have genuinely disenfranchised all voters.
