Damn it, I missed ANOTHER Antifa conference call?? I've really got to get better at remembering those...
Yeah, just ask someone to borrow their notes. Pretty sure next meeting they'll just be talking about ritually sacrificing Mitch McConnell to Ebrietas.
You didn't miss much. After the "pizza party", there's somebody who speaks up at the very end and drags it out for another half hour.
Yeah, but you didn’t miss anything. That guy is lying. There was an Eric on the call, but all he would talk about was harvesting the adrenaline-rich blood of children to make an immortality serum that will allow us to control the world from the shadows forever. FOREVER!!! Y’know, the usual stuff we talk about. Nothing about the election. Oh yeah, Hugo said “hola.”
If an Antifa conference call is like any of the meetings I've been in with politics-adjacent organizations, then it went on for waaaaayyyy too long indulging the ramblings of a few individuals who believe voicing their personal opinion at length is doing Very Important Work... Followed by a few minor, quickly ignored comments wondering why nothing ever seems to get done despite all this *obvious* passion...
there's another one on the next waning moon, specifically the last day of the waning....so march 12.
I feel like the "Earth is round" statement is a bait to get some of the people being sued to openly admit that they think this is false, making the judge immediately want to choke them out.

When are people going to learn, antifa isn’t an organization. Saying someone is close to antifa is like saying they’re close to feminism. It’s a viewpoint, not a club.
Yes, I am Antifa and we are conspiring to steal your pizza and your beer. Screw the election! We're hungry!
I've got a headache from trying to explain that one. I keep going though. It's surprising how it's accepted by mainstream people that Antifa is an organisation. I think there was a Czech organisation in the 1960s that used the name. But other than that, nah.
It’s an organisation for sure...

I would not assume that Sidney Powell knows that the Earth is round.
Actually, on balance it’d be safer to assume the opposite.
Like with the election, she's probably quite prepared to make bad faith arguments that it's not, but I'm not sure that changes the fact that she KNOWS it's round.
Here comes a lawyer arguing that being an "oblate spheroid" is different to being round.
Sidney Powell _might_ know - although I wouldn't put long odds on it - but I am fairly certain a large fraction of her followers don't.
I'm pretty sure flat earthers think the earth is round, they just dont think it's spherical. Personally i find the hollow earthers to be more entertaining.
It's so entertaining how they act like "Antifa" is some big, *organised* group.
I saw the _president_ of antifa talking to Eric Coomer!
They may not be AN organized group but they do organize into groups. Like the rioting throughout Minneapolis, Seattle, and portland were organized by people who identify as antifa

As an Australian lawyer, I’m really enjoying your videos and learning about the American process. One thing I’ve always found strange is the fact you can attribute any number to your damages in the complaint. Our claims require that the originating motions/complaints already contain the particulars of how the Plaintiffs arrive at the damages sought. And also that people can apparently make any ol’ claim without there being a proper basis?
In the suit with Netscape Navagator ( N/N) v Microsoft(M/S), N N sued M/S for them not allowing thee use of N/N on any of their Ps. They only used M/S Explorer. I'd really like these right-wing flakes to explain how you can 'infiltrate' a political philosophy.
“I have successfully infiltrated activism”
“I successfully infiltrated a secret feminism meeting on zoom.”
It's pretty easy, you enter that philosophy via writings and speeches that show you 'align' with that philosophy, you build up followers, and then you slowly change what you were saying until your followers follow You instead of the organisation you both used to be a part of.

Subscribed! Great, interesting videos! Thanks for making them!
Some day you'll ask a question rhetorically and instead of saying "well, it depends" you'll just be like "yes." And we will all be absolutely shook
Devin: ....actual malice
me: oh nice, something legal language makes no sense to me but i think i can understand this
Devin: this has nothing to do with ill will!
me: shit
ATTENTION BROTHER!!! I have two very very sweet girlfriends who I show off (I smell like 100 not-alive orangutans oh nooo) in my perfectly great videos that most people consider to be the reason of life! Thank you for you attention, dear dude kid bhs
@@AxxLAfriku spam?
@@thepenguin9 Yea, she spams here all the time.
Except, it kind of does, if you actually listen to the detailed description he gives. If you just don't care about the actual facts, that certainly does sound like ill will or actual malice (in the non-legal sense) to me.
This is so interesting. Thank you!
This is so awesome, we are tired of these childish lies hurting companies.
22:50 "...and those are very, very big numbers."
As we learned earlier in the video, those are effing big numbers.
And 'effing' means 'very very'
"Leagal Smeagol"
I just about died lmao
Don't take G. Smeagol lightly! When he thinks something is important he doesn't let it go.
The rule of law is precious to him.
If someone hasn't already started a twitter account with this handle I will lose my faith in humanity (again)

Your commentary is just as viable and helpful as when it was first posted, thank you for your clarifications on this and many other legal matter's.

"DO NOT TAUNT HAPPY FUN BALL", ahaha love the reference!
"Conspiracy theories about Dr. Coomer"
"Look Gordon! Voting machines! We can use these to rig the election!"
Holly is just behind everything, isn't she?
I'm so happy I'm not the only one that made that connection
25 play coins to rig the election! garden, feed me my coins
Hello, Gordon
Hello, Gordon!
"Do not taunt Happy Fun Ball"
That takes me back. Nicely done.
Thanks for another excellent and accessible essay on the law.
I frequently refer the clueless to your videos in the hope that they might actually learn something, but I know they would rather remain ignorant of both the law and facts.
That disclaimer was hilarious 😂
"effing means very very"
lol, this guy...
Anyone else actually read the legal disclaimer? Hilarious.
"Don't stop believing."
"Don't stop watching this video or the baliff will tackle you."
"Do not summon the kraken."
Ha. When will My Legal Eagle be hitting the market? I want 10!
Does pausing the video to read the disclaimer count as stopping watching the video? I am asking since the baliff is already looking at me.
you forgot, "DO NOT TAUNT HAPPY FUN BALL"
I was just missing "Do not disturb the water"
i had to look up "loquacity"
Who is Happy Fun Ball?
I ALWAYS TUNE IN BC I LIKE TO SEE WHAT YOU ARE WEARING.....VERY STYLISH SUITS, TIES, C-LINKS AND SO ON! I CAN TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY BC YOU TAKE MUCH PRIDE IN HOW YOU PRESENT YOURSELF AS A LAWYER. THANKS

"what are you gonna do, sue me for a billion dollars, oh for 1.3 billion" That is how you know that they are serious
I can’t believe the channel’s resident dog isn’t a LegalBeagle
Well she carries that as a nickname, anyways

Now everyone is gonna want pillows made from shreded legal briefs.

Love the concept of Antifa being an organization that hosts conference calls with high level management at Dominion
they should be creative fiction writers, honestly. theyre terrible with the real world, but great with fanciful made up shit
@@michaelwerkov3438 that would require character writing, arcs, and in-depth looks at human psychology.
@@silentdrew7636 i still say we push for it for the secondary and tertiary benefits: studies over the last decade or so have shown that reading character fiction can actually teach and reinforce empathy.
so, in my professional opinion, the play needs to be: swap out their real power for imagined power, coax them into writing fiction since its what theyre good at.... and the pray real real real hard to the gods i dont believe in that the more ridiculous stories they write, they might accidentally grow a conscience and some empathy
@@michaelwerkov3438 the whole Q thing is actually a quite spectacular work of fiction. There are currently those who believe that DC is a separate nation and Biden is being allowed to think he’s in charge but all high level democrats and, for some reason, the pope have been arrested and are awaiting execution. Amazing fiction
@@AlwaysAC pretty sure they just stole that whole plot line from the South Park episode that explained why Christians celebrate the death of the messiah by coloring eggs and having grown men dress like rabbit furries.

Lol I'm *KRAKEN* up! 😉
He'll be seeing you in court then.
"I'll see you in.... binding arbitration"
Wait... by continuing to watch I’m bound by the terms and conditions of the legal disclaimer, but the legal disclaimer threatens to have me tackled by the bailiff if I don’t continue watching. Doesn’t that mean I’m being forced into a contract under duress???!!! I’d get Legal Eagle on this but there’s a conflict on interest!
#LegalCatch22?
Brilliant sir I watched the video where he said that too 😂
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 You are, in fact, correct. The contract is void (I think, it might just be voidable, I always have a hard time with those two)
Good work man!
You should revisit this. It’s been hard to get good information on these lawsuits.
