Everytime I listen to a Linda Lindas track, there is always this simultaneous sense of familiarity and innovation that permeates their songs. This song is definitely no exception. Not to mention that the lyrics, instrumentation and arrangement are superb. Great job, girls!

🤯 I was surprised to hear in a recent interview that guitarist Bella got the idea for the guitar riff to this song after she was listening to a lot of music by the metal band Pantera. I don't really hear anything that sounds like Pantera in this but that's ok it's still a good song and I think it's cool that she listens to them. I hope she brings more heavy music influences into the band. I would love to hear the Linda Lindas with a much more heavier guitar sound but still do what they do with their style of song writing.

🤔 I think this song is going to take multiple listens and some time to grow on me. It's not a bad song but it's not as immediately satisfying to my ears compared to most of their other songs. I'm still a fan though. I like how the Linda Lindas keep me guessing what they will do next. It's always something different. I love the fact that there is always variety in their music. I'm definitely looking forward to hearing their next album.
