Their job isnât to protect, but to secure the event, observe it, then report any crime or act of violence, to the actual police. Armed guards cost more; again, youâll get what you pay for. In addition, theyâre better trained and have the right to shoot back. Here is the thing my husband is from Chicago and when we go there he always lays out certain rules because honestly its just the gun violence in the citt that us outta control. You can literally sit at a red light 1 second to long and it can cost you your life in the wrong area.
