    WoW that's just WOW! Makes those people with $5000 voodoo's and such, weep. Love it when vintage arms Gibb slaps modern over priced hardware. You really had great trigger control while under on camera pressure. Sad, it doesn't have a long tube fine crosshair piece of glass option setting on top of it.

    Remember #4 shot is smaller than .25 caliber.(.24)? That is what the Apache needs.😎👌

    I love scopes on rifles. But I LOVE a rear aperture and a globe front sight. Our aging eyesight is the only issue. But like you I can still shoot them well. Great rifle and a great score of 99 sir!

    Nice rifle Nibs. My Mk1 and Mk2 FVT's have those same sights. They are a cheaper/newer version of your rifle. Both come with plastic stocks from the factory, but my Mk1 FVT has a Boyds stock on it now. Both of those rifles have shot .3" 10 shot groups and produced perfect scores (100-10x) on rimfire targets at 50 yards. Excellent shooters for sure. Those that discount Savage, need to rethink things. I'd love to shoot the x-ring out of the challenge target with my MK1 FVT, but don't want to pull the scope off of it, and put the irons back on it!! My 52B would do it though. I ought to shoot it, and send Mike an email..

    Hey now, Nibs! Do you have any F size shot? I think it is the same size as Gamo round ball. (around .218-.219 dia. on average)? I would like to see how it performs in .22 cal. airguns, and it might fit the gem (jewel)?🤞

    Great shooting Nibs!!!! Quick question. If the bullet touches any part of the higher score, does it count as the higher score? Any answers to my question would be greatly appreciated.

    • @floridagunrat1625
      @floridagunrat1625 Před měsícem +1

      Yup, if the shot touches the higher ring, it is scored at the higher value.

      Yup what Rat said. 99% of the world score that way. It’s called best edge scoring. The other 1% are doing it wrong😂
