No, the biker not suppose to be on Bus Lane, its only for bus. The car didn't park in the middle of the road, it stoped by the side of the road to pick up passanger.

They did park in the middle of the road causing traffic which can be obviously scene. The biker did not threaten or harass them, all he did was apologize. The driver could just have stopped in the car lane instead of the bike lane. The car lane for cars, the bike lane is for bikes. I do think that it should be perfectly legal for drivers to temporarily park in the driving lanes especially if they use their emergency flashers.
