I don't really understand this part can someone explain it to me
From 1:11 till 1:22 „In your behaviour ensure that feelings and disposition do not follow external deeds, but that external deeds are prompted by feelings and dispositions, and are their exact expression". Does that mean if you are tired and upset and then talk with a harsh tone to ex. your mom but do not curse or do something else that's bad , that is a sin?

A deeper or more correct view may follow from someone more attuned, but it strikes me that it is saying that the spirit leads the flesh, not the other way round. Then from the spirit and God’s dominion over our soul, we both act from this spirit of truth, but also we don’t react from the leading of the flesh - and so for instance, are less inclined to “be angry with our neighbor” after external provocation. Easier said than done but that’s the ideal!
