Hey Oli thanks again for the video. I have tried peeling the skin off like this with flounder but the result is worse and I end up taking off a lot of flesh. Does this technique work with flounder or only varieties of sole? I thought sole was from the flounder family so maybe it is just my skill haha? What do you think?
Hi Oli, would you pop them in the freezer for twenty minutes before this? I caught a few Dovers and Lemons yesterday I was going to fillet up today for the family

Flounders are too big use a knife to separate the skin from flesh while peeling

What filleting knife did you use pls
It's best to use a slightly flexible blade and it MUST be razor sharp.
I meant the make of the knife
