The dark reality of TCS, They can reject your joining without any reason of may be very stupid reason.
Beware once you get the offer from tcs, don't relay on that offer, keep trying for other options. Once you will get anything from any other organization only then you can feel relaxed.
Stay away from TCS unless you have bread and butter problem
Always, I'll recommend to not go with TCS..

This is why you should have atleast 2 offers at hand till your joining. We can't trust these corporates, they can revoke our offer, they can terminate us anytime it's convenient for them. We have to save our bottoms.
I had 3 offers but 2 days back i confirmed the HR that I'll be not joining.
Really unfortunate, I probably wouldn't have seen it either. But still call the other HR's and ask them that you changed your mind or something, I'm sure they'll consider

You should wait at last moment and then decline, it's understood that resources may have multiple offers.
TCS is spoling its image by doing these idiotic things, you can try for other company as you are immediate joiner
I already joined after one week.
Persistent Systems removed more than 3,000 employees, forcing us to resign from the company immediately without any prior notice or warning. They are also not paying the full amount for the notice period. Many employees are going through this. Please make a video on this, sir.

Meet up with local tcs HR and if needed take up to court. If your case is genuine tcs will hear your grievance. It's a great company with reputation. Just take it up with right authority - in person initially and then via legal route.
May be you are right, but i have seen many instances where TCS is doing this.
For me also happened like this i was working in hexaware technologies. Actually my project is completed then i was bench on 1 month after they are not arrange any interviews for next project then HR called me and told you have to resign we don’t have projects like that she told me .Actually i completed 1.5 years in hexaware technologies. I am trying to get iob from 7 months onwards but i am not getting calls only.Not only me Almost 20 members they removed like this only when they don’t have projects why they hired
This Worst experience i faced in hexaware technologies .Guys please don’t join hexaware technologies this is my suggestion.

Hi the similar thing happen's with me already in 2023 due to the education backround verification failed my college was not coming under university it's in autonomus college and my friends are joine MNC giants they could not having any issues over there bu TCS is telling this colleg coming under act DDA.
TCS needs to be done there BG from the day of offer letter they sending so candidates got some time to join another company.

Yes, they showed you didn't join. Now they will ask a consultancy for recruitment. Then HR n job consultant share the commission - TCS paying job consultant for finding a tech candidate. Its old strategy.

I joined in TCS as Fresher after month i got a call from HR and he told me that i have to resign otherwise he will add my profile in black list reason he told TCS consider my graduation as a part time but i did it as fulltime and i talk with my university and they sent a mail as i did full-time graduation but HR forces me to resign

Get mail confirmation from TCS HR that your college is blacklisted and thats why they can't go ahead with you. Then go to labour court..
