My heart felt condolence to the family of the State Trooper killed needlessly protecting American citizens. I hope Pennsylvania will up hold the 2nd Amendment so that Americans can protect themselves and also help protect and back-up our police force.

No civilian needs a assualt rifle that defeat police body armor, makes no sense, but this will continue, and gun advocates will make excuses until the public gets tired of it. Having to look for exit doors in public spaces like malls, movie theater is crazy, having kids having lockdown drills that the previous generations never had to deal with is nuts, suggesting kids should go to schools in buildings akin to jails with one way in and out is crazy and traumatic for children, just so people can play with guns like toys. Makes no sense. Hope it never happens to you and yours. We are heading for the wild wild west with everyone with a gun on their hip...smh

@@racerx94your grandpa's hunting rifle will defeat most armor designed to stop common rifle threats like what is commonly used in "assault weapons". Now in that vein the autoloading rifles are the best tool for home defense because they're decently effective in terminal ballistics but are easy to use for novices. I also look at it as criminals don't care about laws anyway, like how most gang shootings have at least one illegal full auto.
