Killer klowns is a great film. How has no one here seen it.
Killer Klowns from Outer Space is definitely a lesser known cult classic that's a silly good time. Get some friends over, get some cotton candy, popcorn, and beer and put it on and have a good time. My buddy and I found it by accident just renting garbage at the video store using his mom's account when we were 16. We knew the employee who wouldn't card us so I definitely have nostalgia associated with this movie and sneaking rated R movies on his mom's account hahaha.
Edit: So Killer Klowns is only PG-13! I've had it wrong for 18 years! hahaha.

Y'all, Apocalypse is only popular BECAUSE of the religious connection.
You're wanting the etymology of the word, which is Greek, and Generally translates to "Reveal". Hence, in modern Bibles, we have "Revelation" at the end. In older Bibles, it ended with the same book but called "Apocalypse" or "Apocalypse of Saint John" which is how the word became synonymous with the world ending. St. John was an OG on the scary end of the world stuff. Honestly a lot of Zombie movies are kinda soft by comparison.

I went and got a few scadutree levels and fought and a different boss first before fighting the dancing lion and made it seem a lot easier
But knowing you can jump his dirt magic(?) attacks makes a big difference too

- It’s the one party game my family and casual gamer friends actually play. Every time I suggest something like Smash Bros, it gets voted down. And it’s always a fun time. Just last night, my buddies and I were drinking and playing golf. It was awesome.
- Online is surprisingly fun. Especially bowling with its 16 player elimination mode.
- I’m not going out and buying a Wii just to play those old games. And even if I owned a Wii, I’m not going through the effort to hook everything up when my switch is right there.
Should it have come as a pack in game? Yes. Is it lacking content? Yes. Is it still a fun party game? Yes.
The most satisfying sound in gaming for me is the World of Warcraft level up sound.

Spirit ashes do not increase a boss' health bar, summoning a npc does.
She was talking about Malenia. Malenia heals herself when she deals damage. So if you have a summon out, she has more opportunities to heal herself.
@@Ampex063 This. Also, if you make it to phase 2, the summon just sits in Malenia's huge damage zone, negating any damage you do to her while she's vulnerable after her slam. Summons are just a liability in that fight.

As far as developers, staying silent, just look at beyond good and evil 2. showing quasi gameplay zooming in from space down to the character that was like five years ago.

I've never heard a podcast mention Monster Games Interactive more than this one. And that's funny because I used to work on the publishing side of the NASCAR Heat reboot.
In Banana Rumble, play the online multiplayer once and when you get back to the main menu you get a nice surprise
I figured the wurst animation would be the sausage one, but I guess not.
I still think Luigis Mansion 1 i s the best. The first one is still the only one where you feel like you are exploring a whole mansion and it actually feels a bit scary sometimes. Like not really scary, but me as a 9 year old really liked the horror in that game. And the portrait ghosts from that game is still much better than anything you meet in the second and third one. The second one is compiled more into levels, more arcady and I feel the gameplay of Luigis Mansion si best suited for exploration, not thightly compiled levels. The third one made it a bit better, but by sorting the game into floors you never felt the need to explore the rest of the hotel. Just each floor. Thank you for listening to my TED talk.
1 is also my favorite. 3 had some cool ideas, but it was so hard to tell how to even damage bosses, sometimes. I'd try everything and not make any progress, only to look it up and find out I had the right idea, but I missed some short window that wasn't obvious.

Loved the Erdtree talk. I know the podcast version is available, but I had to block the B-roll of the Final Erdtree trailer being played during the segment with my hand to avoid spoilers.

@@Echo__plex 3’s forced co-op blows and it has no progression or reason to get collectibles. Also excessive back tracking.
2 has more variety and all the collectibles are used to upgrade your gadgets.

I don’t think any of the panel understands the concept of review bombing. The Steam reviews include performance issues as well. Bombing is a concerted effort to lower the user scores due to a consumer advocacy issue. Individuals leaving “it’s too hard” reviews, if they generally don’t recommend the game, is definitely not review bombing.

I checked several sites and storefronts, but could not find any listing for a game called Luigi's Mansion One.
Ellie should be on the second part of the Shadow of the Erdtree Deepest Dive!
I think it would benefit greatly from someone who‘s in the weeds with the lore as she is, that was missing from the first one.
Yakuza/Elden Ring GOTY so far nothings close for me
Erdtree will be in contention for GOTY. I guess it’s just easier for me to swallow with like Hearts of Stone or Blood and wine…bc it’s writing and character, and story, and quests. Elden ring is combat and exploration.
Miyazaki is true genius. If I am not mistaken he didn't touch a video game until late 20s.
I cant stand dying over and over, for hours and hours, to the same boss. I honestly dont understand how and why ppl enjoy those games.
Because the feeling of defeating that difficult boss is incredibly rewarding and satisfying.
Because learning from your mistakes, having patience, and finally reaching the end of a boss fight is incredibly rewarding. And unlike 99% of video games, they don't hold your hand. They trust you'll be able to figure it out.
These games are insanely fun to play with friends and use dumb builds to break things and enjoy. These games have multiplayer built into them for a reason and while doing it solo is its own reward, it's not a lesser than experience to hang out and bash some stuff together
they just want to fit in

It’s a 10/10. Only whiners who refuse to explore and expected to run through everything with their broken builds are upset right now. Thankfully a lot of the discourse has pushed back against such nonsense.
@@OfficialCrowMauler Nah, there are very credible complaints about it's frame rate which let's be honest has always been a problem with From games. I don't think the DLC "sucks" but it's not perfect either.

I’ve had one issue on PS5 with a specific Dancing Lion attack but no, I do agree, PC issues seem to be much more frequent and need to be patched ASAP.
Still, the majority of Steam reviews are dumping on the difficulty which I find an absolute joke.
It doesn't suck. It's quite good. You just have to put in the time to explore the world and collect the fragments. And be willing to change your build, if need be.
this comment is so funny to me because you could also say "Erdtree seems great! Judging by the reviews." and both are correct.
