Hi Fran - I use saltwater resistant marine grease. Some would perhaps use siliconebased grease as its also for lubricaring the rubber o-ring. Very often you will see corrosion between the aluminiumparts and thats why I very often use the marine grease. Kind Regards Per
There’s lot of corroded build up inside the anode housing. I’m assuming you should clean that out? Do you scrape it or brush with a stiff bristle brush? Also, I’d assume you’ll have to suck it out rather than blow in the corrosion? TIA

Hi - I have removed it with very gentle with a small screwdriver ensuring that nothing gets into the engine

Bolt for removal is 10x1.25mm
I believe it’s 10mm 1.5 pitch.

How many are there?
Same question that brought me to this video. I have found five so far.
There's three in this video, one on outside of lower unit, and one more under the clamp bracket.
@@captaindavidalphonso9701 there are 5 total however the sevice kit does not come with enough anodes or orings in the 100 hour kit
