Somehow this needs to coalesce into a worldwide movement. It is, after all. a worldwide phenomena. Do you have plans for getting this published worldwide in multiple languages? What are the difficulties you are facing to do that? There are a lot of people over here that want your information. Some of us would like to know what difficulties you face and what could be done to help.
After studying all the materials about UFOs, it becomes quite obvious that since the late 40s of the twentieth century, a secret project has been developing in the United States for the development and production of aircraft, where the lifting force is created using high-frequency vibration. It all started with James Pitts' "Sky Car" vibrating orthotopter umbrella, then the umbrella was closed with a dome and devices appeared according to the scheme of conventional electromagnetic vibrating speakers (membrane + inductance) - fragments of the membrane were found by a farmer in Roswell. Then they created piezoelectric thrusters, or with small dischargers on the surface (they glowed all over the body due to ionization of the air), and now they are planes with plasma propulsion panels (so they are angular - that is, with flat surfaces). Thousands of discharge cells are densely packed into motor panels - they shoot streams of plasma (railgun architecture - coaxial electrodes). The ionized air of the spark discharge is accelerated in the railgun chamber by the Lorentz force to enormous speeds - a kind of ramjet engine is obtained. Just imagine! - tens of thousands of small ramjet engines assembled in panels and launching plasma synchronously at a huge frequency (hundreds of kilohertz). Plasma jets form toroidal air vortices - this air cushion creates lift and acceleration. See, for example, the MARAUDER (Magnetically Accelerated Ring to Achieve Ultra-high Directed Energy and Radiation) project. My article "UFOs are made in the USA" and the books "UFO Hunt" and "UFO Elimination" describe all this in detail. The technology is quite mundane - it is known in great detail thanks to information leaks. For example, air ionization in the coaxial elements of a railgun is created using radiation (radioactive polonium is introduced into the metal). Devices of this type were used throughout the 50s-60s-70s-80s for secret missions (they took off, as a rule, from special submarines). With the fall of the USSR, their use by the United States was practically curtailed (in the novel "Little Green Men" by Christopher Buckley, speechwriter Bush Sr., a scene is described where the US president decides to curtail the "flying saucer" project). The winding down of the project can be recorded by the drop in magnesium consumption in the United States, since such fuel was used in fuel cells (magnesium strips were burned in forced galvanic batteries), this is 2007-2008. However, later the development of the technology continued in the Russian Federation and China (the technology was restored by reverse engineering methods for downed devices). Secrecy, however, was maintained and there was no civilian use because the technology was not suitable for it - harmful microwave radiation from pulsed plasma thrusters (harm to pilots and impact on electrical appliances inside and along the flight line). The payload is small (but one nuclear charge is enough). There is no radio communication - unmanned vehicles can fly and maneuver only in accordance with the program. Previously, there was a narrow application profile - rare spy missions (so that pilots do not get a lot of radiation). Reconnaissance aircraft of this type were often observed at military bases, missile launch sites and airfields. They were even seen by peaceful geologists in the taiga, where clearings for seismic exploration were laid - UFOs flew there to check whether military construction was underway (I myself heard stories about this))). I think that soon this technology will be declassified, and cargo airships with flickering round plasma panels on the surface of the hull will appear in the Arctic sky.

This is the biggest story of human kind. As humans we have two major questions. What happens when we die and Are we alone? I think that the second question we know the answer to. Ryan Graves said something on News Nation yesterday about the intelligence agencies classifying all this and he said “How can they classify reality “. I don’t think that any of us voted for a few people to have total control of this issue and to keep the people of the planet and the scientific community in the dark about contact or at least possession of craft that were not made by humans for themselves for the last 75+ years. I have been into the UFO subject heavy since 2001 and I have heard many theories as to why they have kept this hidden from us. That we can’t handle the truth and it would be devastating for religions,the economy and so on. We can’t handle it but this small group of people can? That makes no sense to me. I don’t care how scary,somber or dark the truth of this matter is I still want to know the truth and in 2023 people can handle it. Most people response unfortunately will be “Oh cool, I thought that we were not alone,now let me get back on Tik-Tok”.

Fifty years ago my friend's dad was on his deathbed and told him that we had weapons back then to make war as we know it extinct. He could never say what he did and took his work to his grave. I met a former long haul truck driver in Australia. He was traveling on a lonely stretch of road and out of the corner of his eye he spotted a small craft tailing him. This went on for several miles and disappeared. This man was now a pastor and stuck by his story.

Did it ever occur to anyone that just maybe a large part of the population finds the idea of there being extraterrestrial life life on our planet is too frightening because it would collapse the religion they cling to for hope? Catholics are generally highly closed minded, but Cuomo is obviously putting that practice aside to research and accept the possibility of something being “amiss”. But in reality, I don’t care who is cover the story, but that the truth is being told and that we, the population of the human race, get accurate accounts for our reality.

I saw a large, slow moving, silent rectangular craft in the night skies of southern oregon when I was around 12 years of age. I saw the SAME ( or very similar ) craft 45 years later in the night skies of Maui! Cannot explain either sighting!

Fascinating content and my son took a great pic of a huge pyramid shaped UFO/UAP just 'sitting tight' in the sky over Banbury, UK (RAF/USAF Barford St John is close by) and having looked at the image it is the 'real deal' so I don't need to be further convinced of the reality.
But let's put another angle on this:
It goes without say that certainly Russia, China, and maybe other adversarial powers have retrieved alien technology and evidence of something extraordinary; so what if they decided to fully disclose the truth of the matter before the USA disclose as they [adversarial powers] could deploy that as a psychological warfare tactic to undermine the integrity of the USA government (if it has any) in the eyes of the American people by demonstrating to the American people that their Government has lied to them for at least 70-years?
That would then put the Government of the USA's already fragile credibility in a somewhat tenuous position.
Also consider that if the USA has developed advanced weapons technology from this retrieved material, who is to say that adversarial powers have not also developed the same technology?
So that being the case then the balance of power is still maintained but western powers, as likely the USA are not alone in this cabal-like cover-up, have then lost their credibility as this massive cover-up and fabrication of the world's greatest lie would be a more sensitive issue in an alleged democracy than it would in a Dictatorship which certainly Russia, China, and N. Korea are.
And clearly adversarial powers will be watching these proceedings with interest as in any case they likely already have moles planted in the USA 'intelligence machine' and they could certainly tactically play this very cleverly.

If there is energy tech that can replace fossil fuel, the world economy would be catastrophicly changed.
Around the year 1999 in the Gambia, I was like 16 years old. One night while sitting outside alone, I noticed an extremely bright light in the skies. Note this was not a moving but stayed permanent for about 15 minutes before suddenly disappearing. Funny in Gambia I never even heard of the word UFO. I told everyone that I’ve seen an aircraft stopped/break in the sky. Everyone started laughing cause they thought this was a clear lie. Until when I came to the states and that’s when it made sense to me what I’ve seen. Cuomo, if you truly want to learn more about this UFO intelligent, try connect with people in ancient civilizations like Africa and you’ll be amazed what you’ll learn and contribute.

but! here's what would be very very very strange
the incident with Lt. commander David Fravor near San Diego in 2004 was it?
that incident there was alot of radar data collected. and where it would get very weird is that the three pilots flying with Fravor (one in the wingman position and i think the other two in a separate plane), were also lying?
i think that would be a first in all of history. that four top gun aces of the USAF just decided one day "hey let all four of us all simultaneously lie about the same thing! that will be a good career decision and a good decision in general!" lmao
that strikes me as highly anomalous and highly unlikely that four pilots with i think all of them over a decade of flying time and immense public responsibility decided one day to all tell the same story about what they saw and that it was all a lie?
i have a hunch their testimony will stand the test of time, and part of the Schumer legislation is for the extremely high rez radar data of that 2004 incident to come to light :)

Take notes because you'll be telling stories about this interview on late night in 10 years when you're promoting your book. "I remember the time I interviewed Coulthart" I can see it now. Keep up the good work and keep pushing to be your best journalist self. We need more legends like Coulthart in media. They aren't just born it's a choice they make to be the best.

I am visited from a mother ship daily. The mother ship sends down what are called “drones” as probes to probe us earthlings. They mean us no harm, they do want blood and DNA samples to compare against their own. They are from 23.7 light years away and used what are called “worm holes” to travel. They can get here or back to their home planet, which is a Type 2 level society, in 1 second our time. Let me know if anyone has an interest or questions they want me to ask the Aliens.

I think I should add my own experience here; it was a grey Sunday morning in the 1990's I am always first to rise, and I did so on this particular Sunday morning. I walked out onto our fairly large balcony, and was looking out at the angry sky, and out of the corner of my eye, I noticed, almost subconsciously, a leaf falling, rotating - spinning as it fell, so i spontaneously turned my head to look at it. It wasn't a leaf I saw, but a black triangle - static, and hanging in the air just below the cloud cover, it rotated at the rate of about one full rotation per second. I couldn't catch my breath, and stood there open-mouthed for several seconds. Then, full of excitement I thought to shout for my youngest son to come and join me on the balcony, but quickly realised that he was too far away in his bedroom on the other side of the apartment to hear me. Then I thought to go and fetch him, but noticed too that the object had started to move and accelerate in a direction from my right to my left - a Westerly direction. Then I realised that by the time I had hauled my son out of bed the object would be long gone, so I chose to just watch it get faster and faster until it disappeared into the clouds and was gone. I personally believe that this was a man-made craft, but clearly it was nothing we have knowledge of in the public domain. This is why I listen to people when they talk about covert black-budget non-disclosure projects with no real governmental oversight regarding their budget or the nature of their work and research. I was always a bit skeptical up to that point, but that Sunday morning was a game-changer for me.

That has got to be one of the biggest non sequiturs in history.

I hope that they continue their coverage and it inspires any member of the mainstream media to open their eyes to whats going on. We need our reports to cover these topics because its the biggest story in the history of mankind. I hope Ross drops more bombshells and Im grateful hes not putting anyone in danger by unveiling true national security issues. Like Grusch says " weapons classified. Science Not."

I saw a UFO years ago, it had be huge because I saw details from about 10 miles or so. Round, Silver and it had ridge along it. It went up and over the foothills of the San Bernardino mountains. I don't know if it is of a extraterrestrial origin or not. But was any human aircraft I know of.
I saw a huge red triangle in 2016. It must have been the size of a baseball field.
I watched it silently float above out home and watched it travel over 20 miles.
I sure of that because it's the same route I take to work.
It wasn't trying to hide.
It was extremely bright red with a tint of orange.

My argument to the fact that they are worried about our adversaries being able to see this tech and possibly glean advanced weaponry from it doesn't stand up to me because it's been proven that Russia and China have their own recovered crafts and biologies/alien bodies I think it's purely down to the private aerospace/weapons contractors not wanting anyone but then to see and work on developing new propulsion and weapons from the recovered craft and bodies case in point to how powerful the private contractors at just look into Mike Turner who is one of the people that stopped recent legislation from being passed into law it was to force aerospace and weapons contractors into handing all uap and nhi bodies over to the government but he blocks it and if you look into his campaign funding you'll find he's received stupid amounts of money from the very same aerospace and weapons contractors that the bill would have forced to hand over that technology the same as Shaun Kirkpatrick who was the head of ARRO and has just accepted a cushy job at Oakridge labs he properly mudded the waters while he headed up ARRO and BLATANTLY said in front of Congress that he found no evidence that this phenomenon is of alien origins of you properly unbiased research how bad ARRO was ran under Kirkpatrick you can't but come to the conclusion that he was either bribed or threatened into finding , nothing to see here , don't just take my word for it look and research yourself just those two cases there are many more of the same just research the opposition to the Schumer amendment and you'll find everyone of them have some connection to the private aerospace/weapons contractors either through campaign , stock options or multi million dollar a year CEO positions after they finish in public office !!

Mr. Coulthart is a major player in getting this slowly revealed. He has more complete knowledge about this subject than anyone. I think Congress should hire him as a consultant on how to make a metered reveal.

Ross is most definitely correct about one thing for certain. There absolutely are "black projects" out there being reported on by our military and just day to day citizens. There are pilots seeing things they've never seen before and a lot of times they're ours. People sat " how's that possible, how are there things out there that our military is unaware of"? There's 2 explanations for what's happening out there. Firstly, yes a majority of what's being seen is us= (mankind or man made) and thats solely due to reverse engineered craft. Secondly, there absolutely is a government within our government and if you think we only have one military entity you're very sadly mistaken. One thing that is very hard to make the people of this planet understand is this, those who can prove these things are absolutely living in the crosshairs . What this means is that anyone who's ever been involved would be "unalived" if they're even suspected of saying what they know. This is not hyperbole, there's ZERO reasoning with those who are in control and NO, that sector of the governing entity will NEVER say what's really happening. IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN PERIOD......

In a span of 2 years I have seen 3 tictacs, an orange orb that turned off, a “star” that turned off, in two occasions a very bright light following me and when I looked it turned off. After all this, I try not to look up because it because weird/scary.

I feel that you are very sane and totally correct about what you are saying. Since I was a child I have experienced many strange things happening in life. I have not been able to speak to anyone because they would consider me crazy I do not even talk to my husband I feel many people are afraid of this subject all together. Only when you have personal experience can you understand what is really going on. Your guest is going in the right direction. There are many intelligences here and have always been here. I really hope that you keep on this subject. We have all been lied to. Not a great feeling to say the least
If you remember, Bob Lazar mentioned when talking about his work reverse-engineering "non-human" technology, that some fairly heavy-handed attempts were made in the attempts to understand the reactor unit prior to himself being tasked with working on it, which caused the death of one of his predecessors. He likened it to putting a nuclear reactor in the middle of a room in the 18th century. People would try to dismantle the technology and die pretty quickly as a consequence, but not understand why. He said his work was pretty much at the same level. They really didn't know what they were dealing with. It had astonishing levels of power, and there could have quite easily been an enormous catastrophe if they weren't as diligent as they were. It was one of the reasons he decided to speak out.
Hey Chris, I was not a fan of your reporting especially when you were on CNN however since you have been out on your own your approach to reporting on issues has been more balanced and I am watching your channel here on CZcams and enjoying your reporting. Kudos to you sir.

In 1995, I had a girlfriend who told me about a weird experience she had (when she was about 11 years old) in Boulder, Colorado in the very early 80s when it was a tiny town up against the mountain. Her mom had woken her up and taken her to the window where they stood staring at a classic ufo literally resting on the ground at the base of the mountain in the middle of town. It was silver with a row of lights rotating around the center. They stood there for several minutes(?) in a sort of trance and the mother eventually said “let’s go to bed” while the UFO was clearly still there. The next morning the mom asked if she remembered. She said yes and the mom said “let’s not talk about that again”. She drew me what she remembered the craft looked like. She hadn’t talked to her mom about the experience since it happened. I dropped the subject. When her mom visited, I sat her down and asked her to tell me what happened back in Boulder. She hesitated, but then said she was driving back home from a party way on the other side of town when she saw the UFO at the base of the mountain and she freaked out! She drove like a crazy person way out of the way to avoid the UFO, then she came up to her house and just remembers getting her daughter and the two standing there and the rest is identical. I had her draw the craft and it was identical to what the daughter had drawn for me.
So what was the UFO (and any possible occupants) doing in the center of that small town in the middle of the night? One can only imagine. Did/Do they do this to lots of other small towns in the middle of nowhere even today?

She described Boulder back then as a tiny town with literally one street running from the mountain & straight through the little town. If you were a mile away on the ground and looking at the town, you’d see the UFO (classic saucer shape, large metallic shell, a row of white lights moving along a line running horizontally across the center of the craft) apparently on the ground right in the center of town and right against the bottom of the mountain. Over on the right side of town was the house where my girlfriend lived back then. The mom was coming back from a party way over on the left side of town and, when she saw the UFO, she freaked out and instead of driving right up to the UFO, she made a right, drove a bit to get away from the ufo, made a left to cut across and then made another left to go to the back side of the house. She ran in and picked up her daughter, my eventual gf, and carried her to the window to look out at the UFO. At that point, they both seem to have gone under some kind of a trance, the mom said, “Hey, , let’s go to bed.” And they did, etc. With a freaking huge UFO in full view of their house! I will try to find some photos online of Boulder back in the early 80s. This was before the “Mork & Mindy” tv show came out and then the town exploded in size. She really wasn’t “into” this topic of high strangeness. She was a lawyer. I really don’t want to call her to get more details because she didn’t end the relationship in a particularly nice way. She’s a complicated person.

This may not seem like much, but in the early 80s/ late 70s, I was with friends in Big Bend, Texas national park, soaking (well, skinny-dipping) in a hot springs on the river at night, and a (hard to describe) "flurry" of lights began to appear across the river, rising and kind of "dancing" in the trees on the Mexican side, almost as if to entertain us. I was utterly mesmerized. Others wanted to leave and unfortunately, they won out. We were all walking along the path back to the parking lot and car when one of my friends saw a triangle of lights floating up the river; she cam rushing past us, urging us to move! move! hurry! I was so dismayed, I never got to see that triangle! It was an amazing experience, hard to convey how magical it was!
