Japanese are so courteous, professional and detail oriented. This guy is awesome. Wish I could find a barber like this in the US.
You really have to look 👀 and go through several .. although none of mine gave service like this and took this much time I’ve had a few really good ones ... even 20 years ago I had befriended 2 elderly ladies running a dated beauty shop next to my building.. I had them cut my hair and much to my surprise they did better than some of the barbers I went to .. took their time attentive to detail and always gave me a very thorough shampoo.
I think maybe 2-4 years ago or so, I uploaded one of your haircut videos to reddit ASMR section. And it got a lot of upvotes, maybe around 200, can't remember. But I thought it was an ASMR video while the video had no mention of that.
Interesting to see years later, you adapted your channel into ASMR and it's doing better than ever. Congrats Victor.

Tranquil ambience and seek for perfection are the top here. He really dedicated to his job, especially at ear cleaning + hot towel + massage parts.

ThoseGuysCT There are definitely barbers like that in the United States, just really rare. Japanese people, atleast I think so, are always so hard-working and dedicated to their craft. Atleast the barber here is.

You can tell he's into pop culture, art, rock. Seem's a bit of a Johnny Depp fan so maybe he pulled some of that late 80's. 90's Depp style too. I think it works great for him and he's an outstanding barber.

So, I love the sound, it's great. Have you noticed that the sound is reversed? When he's cutting by the left ear I hear it on my right speaker and the same thing when he's cutting by the right ear I hear it on my left speaker. Is it just me? It's on the other videos too when you wear the earbuds. Otherwise I love it thanks!

It seems like the headphones create a lot of background noise, which you can probably remove in Audacity if you take some noise samples before/during recording. The video was relaxing regardless, liked it!

Ah, Mr. Dora is the Bob Ross of barbers. Especially when he's doing the shoulder rub! Is it typical for him to spend an hour or more with the customer? Or do most customers simply want a cut or shave? I had to revisit an older video, Victor, to see the old decorations. I always loved to see the Pretty in Pink LP on the table! Has it moved to another spot in the store?

What exactly is the difference between the Client and camera POV Video? Both are filmed with the same camera and also the sound is the samel, or?
camera pov? wut? isn't everything ever filmed in pov of the camera? I was expecting POV, like filmed from the point of view of the subject. NOT. misleading description!
Good point. Let me elaborate. The sound is flipped, so the camera POV does NOT match the sound. Put on earbuds and you'll see.
